dc.description.abstractLa responsabilidad social empresarial, es una rama que se está consolidando en las compañías, ya que impulsa la priorización y cumplimiento a las necesidades de los grupos de interés involucrados. Stork Perú, conscientes de la importancia de contribuir y desarrollar alternativas de responsabilidad social empresarial, solicitó apoyo de la operación en Colombia, quienes tienen años de experiencia en el tema. En respuesta a ello, se procedió a respaldar la iniciativa con el diseño de un plan de responsabilidad social empresarial, siguiendo las recomendaciones de la misma norma que tienen en cuenta en Colombia para las acciones en RSE. Para formular los objetivos del proyecto, se realizó una exhaustiva revisión de las recomendaciones de la norma ISO 26000; 2010. Posteriormente, se llevó a cabo un diagnóstico con el fin de identificar las acciones que la empresa tenía en responsabilidad social empresarial, y se realizó un análisis comparativo (benchmarking) para evaluar como se encontraban las empresas del mismo sector en cuanto a esta temática. Con base en los resultados obtenidos del diagnóstico, el benchmarking y las recomendaciones de la norma ISO 26000;2010, se diseñó el plan de responsabilidad social empresarial y los indicadores de gestión para dar seguimiento a las acciones propuestas.
dc.description.abstractenglishCorporate social responsibility is a branch that is being consolidated in companies, because it promotes prioritization and compliance with the needs of the stakeholders involved. Stork Peru, which are aware of the importance of contributing and developing corporate social responsibility alternatives, requested support from the operation in Colombia, who have years of experience on the subject. Therefore, the initiative was supported with the design of a corporate social responsibility plan, following the recommendations of the same standard which is taken into account in Colombia for actions in this area. To formulate the project objectives, an exhaustive review of the recommendations of the ISO 26000 standard was carried out; 2010. Subsequently, a diagnosis was carried out in order to identify the actions that the company had in corporate social responsibility, and a comparative analysis (benchmarking) was carried out to evaluate how companies in the same sector were in terms of this topic. . Based on the results obtained from the diagnosis, benchmarking and recommendations of the ISO 26000;2010 standard, the corporate social responsibility plan and management indicators were designed to follow up on the proposed actions.
