dc.description.abstractLa voz es la herramienta que la retórica ha tenido para trasmitir el conocimiento desde hace siglos, hoy son los docentes quienes asumen la responsabilidad de transmitir estos conocimientos en los aprendices; sin embargo, el uso continuo de la misma trae riesgos laborales que alteran en la salud vocal. Los factores que predisponen los desórdenes de la voz están asociados con el uso prolongado de esta, bajo condiciones ambientales que promueven un sobreesfuerzo vocal, inclusive la tensión laboral, predispone a una afectación en la salud vocal del educador. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo identificar los componentes que la literatura científica reconoce sobre las mismas afectaciones vocales a través del análisis de la mejor evidencia científica disponible, así como su grado de significancia y causalidad expuesta en los estudios de diferentes campos de estudio. Entre los resultados se identifican que los principales factores asociados con las distorsiones de la voz son las demandas físicas impuestas a la voz durante periodos de tiempo prolongados, seguidas con los elementos ambientales, relacionados con las condiciones acústicas e hidrotérmicas. De igual modo otro componente asociado que tiene incidencia como factor protector son los hábitos de salud vocal y el entrenamiento en el uso adecuado del mismo. Finalmente, el articulo tiene conclusión en las oportunidades de investigación que la misma literatura no contempla.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe voice is the tool that rhetoric has had to transmit knowledge for centuries, today it is the teachers who assume the responsibility of transmitting this knowledge to the apprentices; However, the continuous use of it brings occupational risks that alter vocal health. The factors that predispose voice disorders are associated with the prolonged use of voice, under environmental conditions that promote vocal overexertion, including work stress, predisposes to an affectation in the vocal health of the educator. The present research aims to identify the components that the scientific literature recognizes about the same vocal affectations through the analysis of the best available scientific evidence, as well as their degree of significance and causality exposed in the studies of different fields of study. Among the results, it is identified that the main factors associated with voice distortions are the physical demands imposed on the voice for long periods of time, followed by environmental elements, related to acoustic and hydrothermal conditions. Similarly, another associated component that has an impact as a protective factor is vocal health habits and training in its proper use. Finally, the article has a conclusion in the research opportunities that the same literature does not contemplate.
