dc.description.abstractPlan de negocios para la creación de una empresa productora y comercializadora de Gel de Aloe Vera, conformado por un resumen ejecutivo que sintetiza el concepto del negocio, el potencial del mercado, las ventajas competitivas, y las conclusiones; los antecedentes del plan de negocios, el mercado, los aspectos técnicos y de operación, la organización a emprender y los estados financieros procedido de la evaluación y análisis del proyecto. Los antecedentes describen el estado de desarrollo del proyecto, desde la concepción de la idea hasta el desarrollo del plan de negocios, las motivaciones, y justificación del proyecto por parte de los emprendedores junto con un análisis grupal e individual de estos que presentan el lado humano del proyecto. El mercado, análisis del sector, los clientes, la demanda actual y análisis de la competencia, así como las estrategias de distribución, ventas, precio, promoción y servicios que posibiliten lograr los objetivos planificados y las ventas proyectadas. La operación y viabilidad técnica, la especificación de los productos, el proceso productivo, la planta de producción y aspectos de operación como la seguridad industrial y repercusiones en el medio ambiente, de la mano con las necesidades y requerimientos para llevar a cabo el proceso productivo , la planificación de la producción, las compras y cuantificación los costos de producción. La planificación de una organización con capacidad de afrontar este reto, su estructura, concienzudo análisis y estrategias de negocio, el ajuste a todas las disposiciones legales y los gastos incurridos; para finalmente y a partir de las inversiones calculadas e ingresos proyectar la situación financiera en el estado de resultados, flujo de caja y balance general, sujetos a consideraciones variables y analizados mediante indicadores que manifiestan la oportunidad existente
dc.description.abstractenglishPlan of business for the creation of a company producer and that distributes Gel of Aloe Vera, conformed by an executive summary that synthesizes the concept of the business, the potential of the market, the competitive advantages, and the summations; the records of the plan of business, the market, the technical and operation aspects, the organization to undertake and the financial statements proceeded of the evaluation and analysis of the project. The records describe the state of development of the project, from the conception of the idea until the development of the plan of business, the motivations, and justification of the project on the part of the venturesome ones together with an analysis grupal and singular of these; that presents the human side of the project. The market, analysis of the sector, the clients, the current demand and analysis of the competition, as well as the strategies of distribution, sales, price, promotion and services that facilitate to achieve the planned objectives and the projected sales. The operation and technical viability, the specification of the products, the productive process, the production plant and operation aspects like the industrial security and repercussions in the environment, of the hand with the necessities and requirements to carry out the productive process, to plan the production, the purchases and to quantify the costs of production. The planning of an organization with capacity of confronting this challenge, their structure, nice analysis and business strategies, the adjustment to all the legal dispositions and the incurred expenses; for finally and starting from the calculated investments and revenues to project the financial situation in the state of results, box flow and balance sheet, subject to variable considerations and analyzed by means of indicators that manifest the existent opportunity.
