dc.description.abstractInicialmente, el trabajo introduce la importancia de la gestión eficiente de la información para proteger los derechos de los ciudadanos. En este sentido, la Oficina de Bonos Pensionales cumple un papel crucial, ya que no solo mantiene y diseña un sistema de información que permita cumplir con los objetivos al interior de la oficina, sino que también permita a los demás actores del sistema pensional colombiano cumplir con sus objetivos. El presente trabajo abarca la información relacionada con el Sistema General de Pensiones, especialmente los temas relacionados con los bonos pensionales. Se definen qué son los bonos pensionales, por qué surgieron y cuál es su propósito. De este modo, se revisa inicialmente el panorama pensional de los últimos años, la creación de la Oficina de Bonos Pensionales y se plantean los objetivos de la práctica social. Adicionalmente se contempla la complejidad del sistema de pensiones y sus antecedentes históricos evidenciando cómo ha evolucionado. En adición, se mencionan y explican las actividades desarrolladas como pasante en la OBP del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, realizadas utilizando el Sistema de Certificación de Tiempos Laborados CETIL y el Sistema de Bonos. Finalmente se agrega el cronograma de trabajo, las conclusiones y las recomendaciones.
dc.description.abstractenglishInitially, the work introduces the importance of efficient information management to protect citizens' rights. In this sense, the Pension Bonds Office plays a crucial role, since it not only maintains and designs an information system that allows the fulfillment of the objectives within the office, but also allows the other actors of the Colombian pension system to fulfill their objectives. This paper covers the information related to the General Pension System, especially the issues related to pension bonds. It defines what pension bonds are, why they arose and what their purpose is. In this way, the pension panorama of recent years, the creation of the Pension Bonds Office and the objectives of the social practice are initially reviewed. Additionally, the complexity of the pension system and its historical background are considered, showing how it has evolved. In addition, the activities developed as an intern in the PBO of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit are mentioned and explained, carried out using the CETIL System of Certification of Working Time and the Bonus System. Finally, the work schedule, conclusions and recommendations are added.
