dc.description.abstractEste proyecto de grado tiene como objetivo mejorar los procesos del Área de Gestión Comercial de la ESSA, incrementando sus indicadores de efectividad y eficiencias. Para llegar a lograrlo se realizó el diagnóstico del estado actual de cada proceso y la identificación de ineficiencias y oportunidades de mejora. Basados en el análisis, se estructuró un plan de mejora, enfocado en optimizar las tareas operativas y en reducir ineficiencias dentro de cada proceso. Entre las acciones propuestas e implementadas está el diseño de un bot que facilita la gestión documental, a través de la captura automática de la información para proyectarla en una plantilla, el almacenamiento digital, y el seguimiento del estado de cada solicitud, herramienta capaz de actualizarse y generar notificaciones automáticas. Así mismo, el uso de plantillas creadas en Excel, con el propósito de minimizar los reprocesos y facilitar las tareas de cada profesional dentro de su proceso, aumentando su productividad. Además, se sugirieron nuevos indicadores para monitorear el impacto de las mejoras y asegurar la satisfacción del trabajador, y el cliente. Con la finalidad de que estas iniciativas incrementen la efectividad del Área de Gestión Comercial ESSA y mejore la productividad de los profesionales, para responder a las necesidades de sus clientes en un mundo interconectado.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis degree project aims to improve the processes of the ESSA Commercial Management Area, increasing its effectiveness and efficiency indicators. To achieve this, a diagnosis of the current state of each process was carried out and inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement were identified. Based on the analysis, an improvement plan was structured, focused on optimizing operational tasks and reducing inefficiencies within each process. Among the proposed and implemented actions is the design of a bot that facilitates document management, through the automatic capture of information to project it in a template, digital storage, and monitoring the status of each request, a tool capable of updating and generating automatic notifications. Likewise, the use of templates created in Excel, with the purpose of minimizing reprocessing and facilitating the tasks of each professional within their process, increasing their productivity. In addition, new indicators were suggested to monitor the impact of improvements and ensure worker and customer satisfaction. These initiatives are intended to increase the effectiveness of the ESSA Commercial Management Area and improve the productivity of professionals, in order to respond to the needs of their clients in an interconnected world.
