dc.description.abstractDescripción: El presente documento es el referente académico del proyecto de grado en la modalidad de Práctica Social, el cual se orientó hacia la identificación y gestión de la oferta institucional, que contribuyera al restablecimiento de derechos de los niños, niñas y adolescentes del Programa “Niñez y Juventud Feliz” y el de sus familias en la Fundación Laical Miani-FULMIANI. Esto, con el fin de aportar al fortalecimiento de las redes de apoyo social, brindar orientación para que las personas conocieran y accedieran de forma oportuna, a los programas ofertados, y así sumar al bienestar de este sector de la población. El proceso de intervención se fundamentó en una metodología cualitativa, partiendo de un diagnóstico social participativo. En este mismo sentido, acorde a los preceptos del paradigma sociocrítico la intervención se llevó a cabo con la participación de los sujetos involucrados, en este caso los NNA, las familias y los/as profesionales de la Fundación Laical Miani. De igual manera, desde los planteamientos de la teoría ecológica de sistemas y desde un enfoque sistémico, el enfoque de derechos y el enfoque de redes. Como resultado de este proceso se logró sumar a las alianzas interinstitucionales que colaboran con FULMIANI, al igual que al fortalecimiento en la identificación y acceso a los programas y servicios ofertados en las demás entidades.
dc.description.abstractenglishDescription: This document is the academic referent of the graduation project in the modality of social practice, oriented to the identification and gestion of the institutional offers, that may help to the restoration of rights of children and teenagers from the program “Niñez y Juventud Feliz” of the Laical Miani – FULMIANI foundation, and for their families. This with the object of the strengthening of the support networks and give an orientation to the people to know how access in an appropriate way, for their welfare. The process of the intervention is based in a qualitative methodology, starting with a social participative design. In the same way, in accordance with the sociocritical paradigm, the intervention is going to be with the participation of the involve people, mentioned above. Also, this project used the ecologic theory of systems, and an approach of rights and an approach of networks. As result, was achieved the alliance between different institutions, to work together with FULMIANI foundation, and the access to offers and services from other institutions.
