dc.description.abstractEl proyecto está orientado a la creación de un departamento de Diseño Industrial para la empresa marroquinera definiendo una metodología para el desarrollo y la creación de este tipo de productos que pueda ser aplicada en cualquier empresa del sector. Para la comprobación de la metodología implementada, el proyecto contempla la creación de una colección de calzado para la empresa BEATRIZ DE VARGAS para la temporada primavera verano 2014 - 2015. Para el diseño de esta colección y como elemento de innovación se propone el uso de materiales con bajo impacto ambiental teniendo en cuenta que los materiales utilizados para la fabricación de calzado generan gran contaminación. La reducción de este impacto es uno de los grandes desafíos del sector. La industria marroquinera Colombiana se encuentra en un proceso de modernización y certificación de procesos con el fin de aprovechar la demanda de los mercados globales los cuales, aunque tienen un gran interés en los productos marroquineros, exigen altos estándares de calidad a las empresas que desean exportar a sus países. Este proyecto permitirá la optimización del proceso de creación de productos marroquineros interviniendo desde el inicio del proceso permitiendo el control tecnificado de insumos, facilitando la comunicación dentro de la línea productiva y permitiéndole a la empresa optimizar gastos de producción y mercadeo, dándoles la oportunidad de alcanzar los estándares de exportación exigidos y aprovechar las facilidades comerciales ofrecidas por los tratados de libre comercio firmados por Colombia, accediendo así a los mercados globales incrementando sus ganancias y dando a conocer sus marcas a nivel mundial. _____________________________________
dc.description.abstractenglishThe Project is aimed to the creation of an industrial design department for the leather goods industry defining a methodology for the development and creation of these kind of products that could be applied in any Company of this sector. For testing the implemented methodology, the project includes the creation of a shoe collection for the Company Beatriz de Vargas for the spring summer season 2014 2015 For the design of this collection and as an innovation element, the Project propose the use of low environmental impact materials taking into account that the materials currently used for the shoe manufacturing process cause a great contamination impact. The reduction of this impact is one of the biggest challenge for these companies. The Leather goods industry in Colombia is now in a modernization and production processes certification process with the purpose of taking advantage of the Global demand high quality standards to the companies interested in exporting to its countries. This Project will allow the optimization of the genuine leather creation process intervening since the beginning of the process allowing the control of supplies, making communication through the production line easier and letting the Company to optimize production and marketing costs giving them the opportunity to reach the required exportation standards and to take advantage of the free trade agreements signed by Colombia, accessing to the global markets, increasing their profit and making their trademarks known all over the world. _______________________________
