dc.description.abstractEste proyecto de grado consiste en la validación de un modelo de control yseguimiento a los costos de la herramienta menor en obra, el propósito es obteneruna metodología confiable para la estimación de dichos costos. Para esto durante unperiodo de ocho semanas se realizaron observaciones y se tomaron datos sobre lascuadrillas tipo, las herramientas y los rendimientos de algunas actividades delproyecto Bali Condominio construido por la empresa INRALE S.A. en la ciudad deBucaramanga. El trabajo está dividido en tres partes fundamentales. La primera parte del trabajocorresponde al control de herramienta, se trata de un seguimiento a las compras yconsumos de las herramientas en la obra con objeto de identificar su comportamientoa lo largo del desarrollo del proyecto. La segunda parte trata de un análisis derendimientos empleando la metodología “Rendimientos y Consumos de Mano deObra” planeada por los ingenieros Antonio Caro R. y Gustavo Duque. Finalmente latercera parte consiste en un modelo de control de costos enfocado únicamente al ítemherramienta menor aplicando el análisis del valor ganado (EVA).
dc.description.abstractenglishThis degree project consists in the validation of a model of control and monitoring tothe costs of the smallest tool in work, the purpose is to obtain a reliable methodologyfor estimating such costs. To do this over a period of eight weeks were madecomments and took data of the team type, tools and performance of some activities ofBali project condo built by the company INRALE SA in the city of Bucaramanga. The work is divided into three main parts. The first part of the work relates to thecontrol of tool, this is about of track purchases and consumption of the tools on thework to identify their behavior throughout the project development. The second partdeals with an analysis of performances using the methodology "performance andConsumption of Manpower" planned by engineers Antonio Caro R. and GustavoDuque. Finally the third part consists of a model of cost control focused only to theitem smallest tool applying the analysis of the earned value (EVA).
