dc.description.abstractEn este proyecto se describe la metodología utilizada en cada una de las etapas para diseñar, documentar, implementar y evaluar el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de la Alcaldía de Güepsa mediante los lineamientos de la NTC OHSAS 18001:2007. El proyecto parte de un Diagnóstico inicial para conocer la situación de la Alcaldía en materia de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo bajo las disposiciones contempladas en la NTC OHSAS 18001:2007, de acuerdo con estos resultados se realiza y socializa el plan de implementación el cual incluye la definición de la política y objetivos del sistema, identificación y evaluación de los peligros, identificación de los requisitos legales y establecimiento de los objetivos y programas del SG-SST, posteriormente se efectúa la documentación de la estructura del Sistema, luego se implementa el sistema mediante jornadas de capacitación y sensibilización y finalmente se realizan dos auditorías internas para evaluar el cumplimiento de los requisitos y objetivos del Sistema y así aplicar acciones correctivas, preventivas y de mejora para el sostenimiento del SGSST. Mediante la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en la Alcaldía Municipal de Güepsa se garantiza a trabajadores, contratistas y visitantes las condiciones mínimas de higiene y seguridad necesarias para desempeñar adecuadamente sus funciones.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn this project, the methodology used in each stage to design, document, implement and evaluate the safety management system and occupational health of the municipality of Güepsa by the guidelines of the NTC OHSAS 18001:2007 is described. The project starts with an initial diagnosis to know the situation of the Mayor on safety and health at work under the provisions in NTC OHSAS 18001:2007, according to these results is made and socializes the implementation plan which includes the definition of the policy and objectives of the system, identification and evaluation of dangerous, identification of legal requirements and setting the objectives and programs of SG-SST, further the documentation of the structure of the system is performed. Then, the system is implemented through training sessions and awareness and finally two internal audits are conducted to assess compliance with the requirements and objectives of the system and thus corrective, preventive and improvement actions for the support of SGSST. By implementing the safety management system and occupational health in the municipality of Güepsa ensures to workers, contractors and visitors to the minimum conditions of hygiene and safety necessary to perform their duties.
