dc.description.abstractDebido al incremento y facilidad de tecnologías flexibles que existen en la actualidad, varias organizaciones han reconocido el valor de los sistemas de información como recursos que constituyen un elemento básico para su desarrollo, ya que al contar con información oportuna esta se traduce en productos y servicios de alta calidad, mayor competitividad y adecuada toma de decisiones. En este proyecto se describe el análisis, diseño e implementación de un sistema de gestión informática para lubricación en la ORGANIZACIÓN TERPEL S.A con el fin de dotar a la empresa de una herramienta de fácil manejo y una agradable interfaz amigable con el usuario que permita acceder fácilmente a toda la información y agilice procesos de búsqueda de los lubricantes que ofrece la empresa para cada tipo de maquinaria de gama automotriz o industrial con el fin de prestar asistencia técnica continua, telefónica o vía internet, sin limitaciones ni coste adicional en consultas relacionadas con la lubricación en distintos equipos. . El diseño del sistema de información integra eficazmente datos generales de los lubricantes que maneja la empresa Terpel S.A permitiendo a los ingenieros llevar un control de los aceites, tener un orden adecuado dando la descripción, características, ventajas del producto, para la selección del lubricante de acuerdo a sus especificaciones y propiedades físico químicas para su adecuada aplicación en elementos o partes mecánicas además se presenta una descripción y recomendaciones básicas de cada lubricante. El informe expone las definiciones básicas sobre los requerimientos de lubricación, los aspectos que se deben tener en cuenta en la lubricación en cada equipo en específico , igualmente hace una descripción de los criterios utilizados para el diseño del sistema de información para los lubricantes , reuniendo factores importantes de relación entre los elementos que contiene y su organización. También informa al usuario sobre los requerimientos de software y hardware.
dc.description.abstractenglishDue to the increase and ease of flexible technologies that exist today, several organizations have recognized the value of information systems and resources that constitute a basic element for development, and that timely information is translated into high quality products and services, more competitive and appropriate decisions. This project describes the analysis, design and implementation of a computerized management system for lubrication in TERPEL ORGANIZATION SA, to give the company a user-friendly tool and a nice user friendly interface. This system allows easy access to all information and faster of lubricant search processes for every type of automotive or industrial machinery range, in order to provide continued technical assistance, directly or via Internet, without limitations or additional costs related to FAQs about lubrication of the various engines. The design of integrated information system data efficiently overall lubricants produced by the company TERPEL SA, allowing engineers to take control of the products with a proper order, give the description, features, advantages of the product to lubricant selection according to their specifications and physical and chemical properties suitable for application in mechanical and also present a description and key recommendations of each lubricant. The report shows the basic definitions about lubrication requirements, issues to be considered when machine lubrication is required. Similarly, a description of the criteria used to design the information system for lubricants, gathering important factors of relationship between the items it contains and its organization. It also informs the user about software and hardware requirements.
