dc.description.abstractSe presentar el desafío de una tarea educativa que ha emprendido la Iglesia de la Comunidad Cristiana Adventista del Norte de la ciudad de Bucaramanga, perteneciente a la Asociación del Oriente Colombiano, quienes desean en asocio de estas dos instituciones llevar a cabo el montaje de un colegio inicialmente para los grados de preescolar y básica primaria, ajustado a los parámetros y requisitos establecidos por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional. El proyecto implicó inicialmente el conocimiento de generalidades para ubicar el proyecto dentro de un contexto histórico y contextual. El estudio de mercado realizado en la zona de referencia, más exactamente a las familias pertenecientes a la Comunidad Cristiana Adventista, se les indagó su opinión respecto de la existencia en la zona de dicho colegio, a través de una encuesta que comprendía pregunta de tipo cerrado y abierto. En el estudio técnico se estimó la capacidad a instalar y utilizar en el proyecto; la localización del colegio en la zona donde funciona en la actualidad la Iglesia Adventista del Norte y se describen los principales procesos administrativos y operativos a seguir en la institución. Se define la estructura administrativa con que contará la institución, asignando la razón social con que contará el colegio, su objetivo social, sus requisitos de constitución y funcionamiento, organigrama, definición de cargos y asignación de funciones. En el estudio financiero, se elaboran presupuestos de costos, gastos e ingresos, que permitirán reflejar la rentabilidad del colegio a través de indicadores como: el VPN, la TIR, recuperación de la inversión, Relación Beneficio/Costo, Razones Financieras y Punto de Equilibrio.
dc.description.abstractenglishYou to present the challenge of an educational task that has undertaken the Church of the Christian Community Adventista of the North of the city of Bucaramanga, belonging to the Association of the Colombian East who you/they want in associate of these two institutions to carry out initially the assembly of a school for the preescolar degrees and basic primary, adjusted to the parameters and requirements settled down by the Ministry of National Education. The project implied the knowledge of generalities initially to locate the project inside a historical and contextual context. The market study carried out in the reference area, more exactly to the families belonging to the Christian Community Adventista, was investigated its opinion regarding the existence in the area of this school, through a survey that understood question of closed and open type. In the technical study was considered the capacity to install and to use in the project; the localization of the school in the area where it works the Church at the present time Adventista of the North and the main administrative and operative processes are described to continue in the institution. Dfined the administrative structure with which it will count the institution, assigning the social reason with which it will count the school, their social objective, their constitution requirements and operation, flowchart, definition of positions and assignment of functions. In the financial study, budgets of costs, expenses and revenues are elaborated that will allow to reflect the profitability of the school through indicators as: the VPN, the TIR, recovery of the investment, Relationship B/C, Financial Reasons and Point of Balance
