dc.description.abstract	El mundo está experimentando un cambio constante, caracterizado por su dinamismo, flexibilidad y evolución. Las generaciones también evolucionan debido a las nuevas tecnologías de la comunicación, y las acciones tanto humanas como empresariales han contribuido al deterioro del planeta. Por esta razón, la comunidad internacional y los diversos Estados han organizado eventos a nivel mundial para establecer compromisos con el objetivo de reducir la temperatura global.Una de las empresas que se muestra interesada en estos cambios es Servicios y Suministros M&M SAS, ubicada en el Corregimiento del Municipio de Barrancabermeja. Esta empresa ha brindado la oportunidad de llevar a cabo una investigación para desarrollar un Plan Estratégico que permita enfrentar los nuevos retos y desafíos.El plan estratégico comprende un análisis tanto interno como externo, empleando diversas herramientas administrativas como MEFE, MEFI, MPC, PESTEL y DOFA. Los resultados obtenidos han servido como fundamento para la estructuración del direccionamiento estratégico, que incluye la redefinición de la misión, visión, objetivos, principios y valores, así como la incorporación de un área de proyectos y licitaciones en la estructura organizativa actual. El Cuadro de Mando Integral abarca las perspectivas financieras, de cliente, procesos internos, aprendizaje y crecimiento, con indicadores que sean medibles y precisos. La empresa tiene la intención de iniciar acciones dirigidas hacia la transición energética, por lo que invertirá en paneles solares y en un vehículo automotor eléctrico. Asimismo, se compromete a promover la formación en el área de proyectos de descarbonización y diversificar su portafolio en esta área.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The world is constantly changing, dynamic, flexible and evolving and generations also change due to new communication technologies and human and business actions has contributed to the deterioration of the planet. For this reason, the international community and the different States have organized international events to achieve commitments towards the reduction of global temperature.One of the companies interested in these changes is Servicios y Suministros M&M SAS located in the Corregimiento of the Municipality of Barrancabermeja, so it gave the opportunity to do research work to develop a Strategic Plan for the company in order to meet the new challenges and challenges. The strategic plan, contemplates an internal and external diagnosis, applying some administrative instruments such as the MEFE, MEFI, MPC, PESTEL and the DOFA, with the results was the basis for structuring the strategic direction with redefinition of the mission, vision, objectives, principles and values, as well as the inclusion of an area of projects and tenders in its current organizational chart. The Balanced Scorecard, the integral perspectives, financial, client, internal process, learning and growth, with indicators that are measurable and accurate. The company wants to initiate actions that point to the energy transition, so it will invest in solar panels and an electric motor vehicle. It is committed to training in the decarbonization project area and diversifying its portfolio into that area.
