dc.description.abstractEste proyecto es una consecuencia directa de la posibilidad de satisfacer las necesidades las necesidades de los hogares de estrato socio-económico 3, 4, 5 y 6 del municipio de Piedecuesta, quienes desean y tienen la capacidad económica para adquirir muebles de madera línea hogar. En el primer capitulo se describen las generalidades que enmarcan la idea de negocio. El segundo capitulo contiene el estudio de mercados donde se hace una descripción general del producto, se analiza la demanda, la oferta, los canales de comercialización, el precio, la publicidad y promoción. El tercer capitulo comprende el estudio técnico donde se determinó la capacidad del proyecto, la localización, los recursos necesarios para la puesta en marcha del proyecto y la distribución de planta. El cuarto capítulo contiene el estudio administrativo el cual contempla la misión, la visión, los objetivos, las políticas y la estructura organizacional. El quinto capitulo contiene el estudio financiero donde se identifica la inversión, los egresos, ingresos, punto de equilibrio y los estados financieros. Por último, se presenta la evaluación del proyecto donde se analiza el impacto social, el impacto ambiental y la evaluación financiera. Los resultados demuestran que el proyecto es viable social, ambiental y económicamente. La creación de la nueva empresa traerá consigo beneficios sociales, con la generación de empleo directo e indirecto; el impacto ambiental se minimizará con prácticas preventivas desde la ubicación de la empresa hasta el proceso de producción; desde el punto de vista económico el proyecto es atractivo, con una inversión de $117.180.091 se obtienen resultados financieros importantes como el VPN = $69.882.581 y la TIR = 26,22%.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project is a direct consequence of the possibility of meeting the needs of foster socio-economic strata 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the municipality of Piedecuesta, and those who wish to have the capacity for economic adquiris wood furniture line home. The first chapter describes the generalities that frame the business idea. The second chapter contains the study of markets where they do a general of the product; he examines the demand, the offer, channel marketing, pricing, advertising and promotion. The third chapter covers the technical study will determine where the capacity of the project, location, resources required for implementation of the project and the distribution of plant. The fourth chapter contains the administrative study which includes the mission, vision, objectives, policies and Organizational Structure. The fifth chapter contains the financial study which identifies investment, expenses, earnings, balance point and the financial statements. Finally, we present the evaluation of the project which examines the social impact, environmental impact and financial evaluation. The results show that the project is viable socially, environmentally and economically. The creation of the new company will bring social profits, with the generation of direct and indirect employment; the environmental impact will be minimized with preventive practices from the location of the company until the production process; from the economic point of view the project is attractive, with one of inversion $117.180.091 financial results are obtained important as VPN= $69.882.581 and TIR= 26.22%
