dc.description.abstractDiseñar una propuesta de costos basados en el modelo ABC y proponer estrategias que permitan el aumento del Valor Económico Agregado, que admitan tomar decisiones lógicas, inteligentes y pertinentes permitiéndole a la Corporación Bucaramanga Emprendedora ser más competitiva en el desarrollo de sus actividades locales, nacionales e internacionales. Para cumplir este objetivo, se desarrolló una metodología que conduce a la estructuración de la propuesta: revisión y análisis de la documentación para visualizar la situación de la empresa al inicio del proyecto; conocimiento y caracterización del proceso productivo con el fin de estandarizar la información recopilada; diagnóstico financiero; diseño del modelo de costos; programación y presentación del software para el cálculo de los costos y cotización de servicios; en la parte final del proyecto se calculó el valor económico de la empresa y se presentaron estrategias para aumentar el EVA y el impacto de su implementación. Como resultado del proyecto se entrego la herramienta informática basada en la metodología de Costos ABC y a manera de propuesta, estrategias financieras enfocadas en el aumento del Valor Económico Agregado y el impacto en la organización, en caso de ser implementadas. dc.description.abstractenglishDesign an offer of costs base on the ABC model and suggest a strategy that allow the raise of the Economic Value added, which let made logical, intelligent and propped decisions, letting to the Bucaramanga enterprising Corporation be more competitive in the development of their locals, nationals and internationals activities. To pursuit this goal, it development a methodology that conduce to the structuring of the offer, it is, a review and an analysis of the documentation to envision the enterprise situation at the beginning of the project; knowledge and characterization of the productive process with the propose to standardizing the gather information; financial diagnosis; design of the cost model; program and presentation of the software to calculate costs and valuation of the services; at the final part of the project it calculate the economic value of the enterprise and it shows the strategies to raise the EVA and the impact of their use. As a result of the project will give the computer tool based on the methodology of costs and as an ABC proposal, financial strategies focused on increasing the economic value added and the impact on the organization should be implemented.
