dc.description.abstractEl trabajo es una de las actividades esenciales del ser humano y todas las personas, en algún momento de su vida tienen una relación estrecha con este. O bien, ellas mismas deben asumir el papel de trabajador, o bien, lo realiza alguna persona de su núcleo familiar o social. Esto le da una relevancia especial al conocimiento de los derechos laborales que existen a favor de los trabajadores y las formas jurídicas que existen para garantizarlos y protegerlos. En Colombia actualmente existen unos índices muy altos de informalidad laboral, de precarización y de vulneraciones a los derechos de los trabajadores, quienes generalmente no despliegan las acciones jurídicas pertinentes porque ni siquiera son conscientes de estos derechos, mucho menos de las cosas que pueden hacer o los lugares a donde deben ir para la defensa de los mismos. Por esta razón, este trabajo se enfoca en la elaboración de material pedagógico que permita empoderar a los trabajadores mediante el conocimiento de 3 sencillos elementos: cuáles son sus derechos, cuando están siendo vulnerados, y a donde pueden acudir para la defensa de los mismos.
dc.description.abstractenglishWork is one of the essential activities of the human being and all people, at some point in their lives, have a close relationship with it. Either they themselves must assume the role of worker, or someone from their family or social nucleus performs it. This gives special relevance to the knowledge of labor rights that exist in favor of workers and the legal forms that exist to guarantee and protect them. In Colombia there are currently very high rates of labor informality, precariousness and violations of the workers rights, who generally do not deploy the pertinent legal actions because they are not even aware of these rights, much less of the things they can do or the places they should go to defend them. For this reason, this work focuses on the development of educational material that empowers workers through knowledge of 3 simple elements: what their rights are, when they are being violated, and where they can go to defend them.
