dc.description.abstractEl modelo de gestión integral de la energía es un conjunto de procedimientos y actividades estructuradas que sirven de guía para la implementación del sistema de gestión integrar de la energía (SGIE). Este sistema se puede aplicar en una empresa independiente del nivel de desarrollo en gestión energética que esté presente. Este proyecto surge como propuesta utilizando la metodología la cual ha sido elaborado por la unidad de Planeación Minero Energética (UPME), el Instituto Colombiano para el Desarrollo de la Ciencia y la Tecnología (COLCIENCIAS), la Universidad Autónoma de Occidente (Grupo de Investigación de Energías) y la Universidad del Atlántico (Grupo de gestión Eficiente del Energía), para el sector comercial y de servicios, con el fin de realizar la caracterización energética al edificio de Ingeniería Industrial de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, inicialmente se realizó la inspección del edifico donde se reconocieron las distintas áreas que lo componen, desde la subestación eléctrica, oficinas aulas de clase, auditorio, zonas comunes, sala de computo. permitiendo conocer el estado actual de eficiencia energética, de pérdidas, los lugares donde se producen estas últimas, y los potenciales de su reducción sin implementar nuevas tecnologías, para posteriormente plantear estrategias para el uso racional y eficiente de la energía, sin afectar el óptimo funcionamiento del edificio en beneficio de profesores, estudiantes y demás personas que lo frecuentan diariamente. También se busca reducir las emisiones de 2 que son perjudiciales para el sustento de nuestro ambiente.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe model of integrated energy management is a structured set of procedures and activities that serve to guide the implementation of the integrated management system of energy (SGIE). This system can be applied on a separate company for the level of development in energy management being present. This project is a proposal using the methodology which has been developed by the Mining and Energy Planning Unit (UPME), the Colombian Institute for the Development of Science and Technology (COLCIENCIAS), the Autonomous University of the West (Research Group Energy) and Atlantic University (Group Energy Efficient management) for the commercial and services sector, in order to make the building energy characterization of Industrial Engineering at the Universidad Industrial de Santander, initial inspection was conducted building where the different areas that make it from the electrical substation class office classroom, auditorium, common areas, computer room were recognized. Possible to know the potential of their current state of reduced energy efficiency, losses, where the latter occur, without deploying new technologies to further propose strategies for rational and efficient use of energy without affecting the optimal performance the building for the benefit of teachers, students and others who frequent it daily. It also seeks to reduce emissions that are harmful 2 to sustain our environment.
