dc.description.abstractDado el constante azote de violencia en nuestro país, este proyecto da muestra de uno de los tantos hechos que evidencian la falta de garantías para los ciudadanos víctimas de la violencia en Colombia y la impunidad que se percibe en las constantes investigaciones relacionadas con lo acontecido. El caso de la masacre de La Rochela no fue solo de vital importancia para el Departamento de Santander por haber ocurrido en su geografía, sino para el acontecer nacional, debido a que los miembros involucrados en ésta, pertenecían a la rama judicial del Estado. Aunado a lo anterior surge una preocupación por el estado de las víctimas del caso mencionado y es por esto que se decide trabajar una obra plástica que a través de una intervención de arte público genere una reactivación de la memoria de los espectadores con respecto a los hechos ocurridos en La Rochela. Para esto se ha tenido en cuenta una serie de referentes artísticos y conceptos que son de vital importancia en el desarrollo del proceso para dar paso al trabajo finalmente propuesto. Para el desarrollo de la obra plástica se investigó acerca de los hechos ocurridos en La Rochela en el año de 1989. Además se planteó el uso de las máscaras como símbolo de perpetuación de los rasgos de los muertos y como forma de asumir el aspecto de alguien a quien se representa. Así, a través del arte público se da el desarrollo de la obra teniendo en cuenta sus conceptos y aplicaciones con relación al uso del afiche como medio de difusión del tema elegido. Finalmente, a través de afiches en calle y el uso de un blog en internet se informa acerca del tema establecido para alcanzar el objetivo propuesto.
dc.description.abstractenglishGiven the constant scourge of violence in our country, this project is demonstrating one of the many facts that demonstrate the lack of guarantees for citizens who are victims of violence and impunity in Colombia is perceived in ongoing research related to what happened. The case of the slaughter of La Rochela was not only vital to the Department of Santander to have occurred in its geography, but to the national scene, because the members involved in it, belonged to the judicial branch of government. In addition to the above is a concern for the status of the victims of the case mentioned and that is why it decides to work a piece of plastic through a public art intervention generates a memory reactivation viewers about the facts took place in La Rochela. To this has been taken into account a number of artistic references and concepts that are vital in developing the process to make way for the proposed work finally. For the development of the plastic was investigated about the events at La Rochela in the year 1989. It also raised the use of masks as a symbol of the perpetuation of the features of the dead and as a way of assuming the appearance of someone who is represented. Thus, through public art there is the development of the work taking into account the concepts and applications regarding the use of the poster as a means of dissemination of the item set. Finally, through posters in streets and the use of an Internet blog reports on the topic set for achieving the objective.
