dc.description.abstractEl presente documento, resume el proceso metodológico desarrollado durante la experiencia académica de formación profesional, con mujeres viviendo con VIH/SIDA, durante el segundo semestre del 2007 en la Liga de Lucha Contra el Sida, Seccional Santander. Los tópicos implícitos, abordan enfoques teóricos constituidos a partir de la enfermedad del VIH/SIDA en la población femenina, el marco normativo a nivel nacional e internacional sobre la pandemia del VIH/SIDA, caracterización de la institución y la experiencia misma, donde él Trabajador social reflejo una labor social y humana, que permitió mejorar la atención de los usuarios de la institución y dar cumplimiento a la plataforma estratégica de esta ONG, asimismo se halla la evaluación sobre la experiencia ejecutada, las conclusiones y recomendaciones del proceso llevado a cabo. Por último, hace referencia a la propuesta de intervención profesional sobre Emprendimiento e inclusión social con el grupo de auto- apoyo de mujeres Liga Sida, Seccional Santander. La cual esta orientada al emprendimiento mediante redes productivas, lo que se constituye en un pilar fundamental para el fortalecimiento de estrategias que reducen la vulnerabilidad de la mujer con VIH/SIDA, mediante su vinculación a procesos participativos, enfocados hacia el desarrollo de iniciativas y planes de negocio, basada en un trabajo en red, lo que permite mejorar las condiciones de vida de este grupo poblacional.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present document summarizes the developed methodology process during the academic experience of professional formation, with women living with VIH/AIDS, during second semester of the 2007 in League of struggle Against AIDS, Section Santander. The implicit topics, approach constituted theoretical approaches from the disease of the VIH/AIDS in the feminine population, the normative frame at national and international level on the pandemic of the VIH/AIDS, characterization of the institution and the same experience, where he social Worker reflection one social and human work, that allowed to improve the attention of the users of the institution and to give fulfillment to the strategic platform of this ONG, also is the evaluation on the experience executed, the conclusions and recommendations of the carried out process. Finally, it makes reference to the proposal of professional intervention on undertake and social including with the group of car support of women League AIDS, Section Santander. Which cradle in a work in network is oriented to the undertake by means of productive networks, which is constituted in a fundamental pillar for the fortification of strategies that reduce the vulnerability of the woman with VIH/AIDS, by means of their entailment to participations processes, focused towards the development of initiatives and plans of business, what allows to improve the conditions of life of this population group.
