dc.description.abstractEste proyecto se realizó en Calzado ARISTON Sport, cuyo objetivo es diseñar e implementar un programa de mejoramiento en el área de producción, con el fin de incrementar la productividad. De esta manera, la empresa busca ampliar la capacidad productiva que le permite extenderse a nuevos mercados, y así, ser competitiva en el sector, dando respuesta a factores externos como: precio, calidad en cada uno de los productos. Y satisfaciendo a sus clientes en el cumplimiento de las fechas de entrega pactadas. Para realizar este Proyecto, inicialmente se hizo un diagnóstico actual en la empresa a cada uno de los procesos que intervienen en el sistema productivo, los cuales, fueron la base que permitieron la elaboración e implementación de propuestas de mejora, para lograr resultados favorables en la producción. Dichos resultados fueron medibles, mediante el uso de indicadores de gestión. Proporcionando a la empresa un conocimiento más a fondo de todos los aspectos que se involucran en la elaboración y desarrollo de los productos en cada línea respectivamente. Se implementó en la empresa una herramienta diseñada en Excel, que le permitió tener trazabilidad al producto y poder evaluar la productividad de la fábrica, lo que le generó un conocimiento y control de la información que conlleva el desarrollo eficaz del sistema productivo.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis Project was carried out in ARISTON Sport footwear with the objective of designing and implementing an improvement program in the production area to increase the productivity. That way, the factory attempted to improve the production capacity to cover new markets to be more competitive in its area. Thus, the factory way deal successfully with external factors such price and quality satisfying clients in the deliveries. To carry out this project, a first diagnosis of the processes. That takes part in the productive system was made to give way to the elaboration and implementation of the different improvement proposals to get satisfying results from the productive system. These results were then measured by the usage of performance indicators giving the factory a deeper knowledge of all the aspects involved in the elaboration and development of the products in the different production lines. An excel tool was also implemented to track the products to evaluate the factory´s productivity. As a result, appropriate data was gathered to properly control the information to develop an efficient performance of the productive system.
