dc.description.abstractEste proyecto surge a partir de la vinculación con la empresa IncubApp en convenio con la Universidad Industrial de Santander en la modalidad de practica empresarial. Como objetivo de la investigación se planea diseñar una plataforma que permita la interacción entre líderes políticos y votantes para la consolidación democrática y la creación de comunidades. Para ello; se propone una metodología con enfoque cualitativo que haga uso de la entrevista como instrumento de recolección de datos con el fin de adaptar la plataforma a las necesidades de los usuarios; se proyecta la implementación de métodos como el Design thinking y Scrum para el diseño de la plataforma. En este sentido, se espera obtener un prototipo formal de la plataforma que permita a la empresa tomar mejores decisiones respecto a la interacción con comunidades.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project emerges from within the agreement of the company IncubApp with the Universidad Industrial de Santander, in the modality of business practice. The objective of the research is to design a web page based that allows the interaction between political leaders and voters to consolidate democratic exercise, so as the creation of communities. For this purpose, it would be used a methodology with qualitative approach that utilize the interview as an instrument of data collection in order to adapt the platform to the needs of the users; it is projected the implementation of methods such as Design thinking and Scrum for the design of the platform.
