dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto permite demostrar una vez más la importancia de las prácticas adelantadas en la Secretaría de Transporte e Infraestructura de la Gobernación de Santander, porque han permitido que el estudiante se involucre en diferentes actividades que se adelantan en cada uno delos grupos que conforman la Secretaría, en este caso la presente práctica se adelantó en el Grupo de Aguas y Saneamiento Básico. La práctica se adelanto en todos los procesos administrativos y técnicos los cuales estuvieron fundamentados en los componentes institucionales y lineamientos legales presente en los proyectos que se viabilizaron y en las supervisiones a los contratos y/o convenios que se apoyaron. Los proyectos que se presentaron en el Grupo de Aguas y Saneamiento Básico van encaminados a la construcción, optimización y/o rehabilitación de los sistemas de acueducto y alcantarillado de los Municipios de Santander no solo de los cascos urbanos sino también rurales, como también a la construcción de unidades sanitarias en el sector urbano. Como aporte social al trabajo realizado en el Grupo de Aguas y Saneamiento Básico se elaboró una aplicación de un Sistema de Información Geográfico (SIG) para el sistema de alcantarillado sanitario y pluvial para el Municipio de Charalá. El proyecto identifica, selecciona, recopila y digitaliza la información espacial y alfa-numérica del sistema alcantarillado del Municipio incluyendo las redes sanitarias, pluvial y combinado; los pozos sanitarios, pluvial y combinado; los sumideros, y los 6 sistemas de alcantarillado en los que se dividieron los sistemas, y como información adicional e importante para quien desee conocer y localizar otros elementos se considero las direcciones, sitios de interés, vías, veredas, manzanas y perímetro. Este aporte es una herramienta fundamental para el Departamento de Santander y para el Municipio de Charalá porque permite consultar y visualizar información del sistema de alcantarillado convirtiéndose en una base importante para el Diagnostico y Desarrollo del Plan Departamental de Aguas.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project clearly demonstrates the importance of the practicals at the Secretary of Transportation and Infrastructure from Santander Governar™s Office, since they have allowed students to get involved in the different activities taking place in each of the groups from secretary. In this case, the practicals took place in the Water Group and Basic Sanitation. The practice was led at all of administrative and technical processes that were stablished according to the institutional and legal guidelines in the projects that were supported and in the supervisions of the contacts and agreements that were sponsored. The projects that are handed in to the water and sewerage group aim to the construction, optimization and/or restoration of the aqueduct and sewer system of the municipalities of Santander not only in urban areas but also in rural ones, as well as the construction of bathrooms fittings units in rural areas. As a social contribution to the work done in the water and sewerage groups it was elaborated an application of a Geographical Information System (SIG) for the storage and query of the sanitary sewerage system and of rains in the Municipality of Charalá. This contribution identify, select, compile, and digitize the spatial and alphanumerical information of the sewerage system of the municipality including the sanitary system, system of rain and mixed ones; sanitary wells, rains and mixed ones; drains and the 6 systems that divided the sewerage systems in the urban area of the municipality. As additional important information for the ones who wish to know and locate other elements, it was considered the addresses, places of interest, routes, blocks and perimeter. The Geographical Information System conducted was a powerful tool for the Department and the Municipality of Charalá because it allows to look for visualize information of the sewerage system and it turns into a tool for the diagnosis and development of the Water Department Plan.
