dc.description.abstractLa pregunta por la soberanía, por el campo sagrado en que se ha pues la vida ya desde los griegos, es sin duda el objetivo de este ensayo. A saber, encaminado a perseguir los valores que en dicha institución residen y el modo en cómo jurisdiccionalmente se sujeta la vida a esta. Así, serán el exilio y la ciudadanía los encargados, en voz propia, de sustentar esta pregunta arrojando el panorama del que tanto parecen necesitar las estructuras de poder modernas, los Estados-Nación. El pensamiento clásico, que de por sí se dio a la labor de este estudio, nos permitirá ver la distinción con que enfocar nuestra tesis y a su vez la acción política de la que ya estamos rindiendo cuentas. Pues las diferencia entre el Zoe y la Bios; entre vivir como un hecho (tò zên) y el vivir como una finalidad (tò eû zên), son la denuncia máxima y el fundamento de la acción humana, de su manifestación y del imperial propósito que desempeña al poner la vida sobre el bando del soberano; sobre la sagrada figura que enmarca el Homo saccer y en este caso, el exiliado o apatriado contemporáneo, un hombre llamado a la vejación, libre y provisto, incluso de la muerte.
