dc.description.abstractEl presente plan de negocios está enfocado hacia la creación de una empresa prestadora de servicios en el sector eléctrico enfocada en el diseño e instalación de sistemas fotovoltaicos, en especial para la población que aún no cuenta con el servicio de energía eléctrica en el departamento de Santander. Estará regido por la normativa nacional establecida en la Ley 1715 del 2014 y la Resolución CREG 030 de 2018. Para su elaboración se empleó la metodología entregada por la unidad de emprendimiento de la Vicerrectoría de Investigación y Extensión de la Universidad Industrial de Santander y la codirección del Instituto de Proyección Regional y Educación a Distancia (IPRED) en la cual se contemplan los siguientes aspectos: análisis de mercado, análisis técnico, operacional y de organización, análisis de finanzas y análisis del impacto ambiental y social. El documento contiene el planteamiento de la necesidad y justificación del porqué del negocio, la investigación de mercados y el cálculo de la dinámica de comportamiento comercial, el diseño e implementación de acuerdo con la necesidad expresada por el cliente, su funcionamiento interno. Se definió el equipo de trabajo, la infraestructura y plan de compras, se conformó su estructura organizacional interna y se plantearon la misión y visión. Se estimaron los costos de la ejecución del proyecto y la proyección de ventas datos importantes que permitirá hacer la evaluación de la viabilidad financiera del proyecto. dc.description.abstractenglishThis business plan is focused on the creation of a company providing services in the electrical sector focused on the design and installation of photovoltaic systems, especially for the population that still does not have the electric energy service in The Department of Santander. It will be governed by the national regulations established in law 1715 of the 2014 and resolution CREG 030 of 2018. For its elaboration was used the methodology delivered by the entrepreneurship unit of the Vice-rector of Research and extension of the Industrial University of Santander and the codirection of the Institute of Regional projection and distance education (IPRED) in the The following aspects are covered: Market analysis, technical, operational and organizational analysis, financial analysis and environmental and social impact analysis. The document contains the approach of the necessity and justification of the business reason, the market research and the calculation of the dynamics of commercial behavior, the design and implementation according to the need expressed by the client, its Internals. The work team, the infrastructure and the purchasing plan were defined, their internal organizational structure was formed, and the mission and vision were raised. The costs of project execution and sales projection were estimated to allow the evaluation of the financial viability of the project.
