dc.description.abstractEl proyecto de grado presentado se realizó en la modalidad de práctica empresarial, el cual está orientado a ejecutar las actividades correspondientes al sistema de gestión de calidad de Urbanas S.A., en la segunda etapa del proyecto TAYRONA, ejerciendo el cargo de auxiliar de calidad en obra. Este trabajo está dirigido a indicar las actividades que el practicante realizó en el proyecto, para garantizar que los procesos realizados contaran con la calidad esperada. Inicialmente se menciona cada uno de los procesos a los cuales se hizo presencia para certificar que se realizaran según lo indicado en las especificaciones técnicas, verificando el material empleado, su elaboración y su aplicación. Seguidamente se nombran los ensayos realizados a cada uno de los materiales empleados para la elaboración de la estructura túnel (concreto y acero) y las pruebas realizadas en las redes sanitarias, hidráulicas y de gas para asegurar el buen funcionamiento. La estructura túnel se caracteriza por estar conformada por placa de entrepisos y muros cargaderos de concreto reforzado fundidos con el sistema outinord, el refuerzo utilizado para el armado de dichos elementos se elabora con malla electrosoldada, como aporte el practicante presenta un análisis en el cual quiere verificar que tan rentable es armar la estructura túnel adquiriendo la malla cortada o realizando el proceso de corte en obra, procedimiento que se realizó en el proyecto debido a que malla requerida para el armado de la estructura se encontraba en el mercado con dimensión estándar.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe presented grade project was executed in the modality of management practice which is orientated to execute the corresponding activities to the system of quality procedures of Urbanas S.A. In the second stage of the TAYRONA project exercising the position of quality assistant at work. This effort is aimed to indicate the activities that the assistant executed in the project to guarantee that the processes executed will count with the expected quality. Initially it is mentioned every process which had presence to certificate that they were executed according to the technical specifications, checking the material used, its development and application. Afterwards the trials executed to each one of the materials are named to the development of the tunnel structure (concrete and steel) and trials executed in the sanitary nets, of gas and hydraulics. The tunnel structure is characterized by being formed of mezzanine sheets and loading walls of reinforced concrete melted in the Outinord system. The reinforcement used for the assembling of these elements is worked with electro-welded net. As a contribution the assistant presents an analysis which is aimed to verify how profitable is to assemble the tunnel structure acquiring the cut off net or executing the process of cutting it in the work. This procedure was executed in the project owing to the fact that the required net for assembling of the structure was on the market at standard size.
