dc.description.abstractEn el presente documento se describen las actividades desarrolladas por el autor en calidad de auxiliar de ingeniería civil durante el período de práctica empresarial, que abarcó desde el 13 de febrero de 2023 hasta el 13 de junio de 2023, en el área de Gestión de proyectos de la Secretaría de Infraestructura de Santander. Se detalla la metodología empleada, el cumplimiento de las actividades establecidas en los objetivos y su respectivo cronograma. A lo largo de este período, se llevó a cabo la identificación de los elementos y criterios que rigen los contratos de obras civiles públicas. Se desempeñaron diversas labores de apoyo y revisión de los documentos requeridos a los contratistas de los proyectos administrados por la Secretaría de Infraestructura. Además, se desarrolló una base de datos de gestión de los contratos vigentes desde el año 2004, con el propósito de proporcionar información precisa y actualizada a quienes la requirieran. Asimismo, se realizaron tareas de acompañamiento en visitas técnicas a las obras bajo la administración de la Secretaría de Infraestructura. Estas actividades se llevaron a cabo tanto en el campo como en la elaboración de los informes correspondientes.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis document describes the activities carried out by the author as a civil engineer assistant during the Business Internship period, which took place from February 13, 2023, to June 13, 2023, in the Project Management area of the Santander Infrastructure Department. It outlines the methodologies employed, the fulfillment of activities established in the objectives, and their respective schedule. Throughout this period, the identification of elements and criteria that govern public civil works contracts was conducted. Various support and review tasks were performed on the documents required from the contractors of projects managed by the Infrastructure Department. Additionally, a database was developed to manage current contracts dating back to 2004, aiming to provide accurate and up-to-date information to interested parties. Furthermore, accompanying tasks were carried out during technical visits to projects under the administration of the Infrastructure Department. These activities encompassed both on-site visits and the preparation of respective reports.
