| dc.description.abstract | El problema abordado fue el de la violencia intrafamiliar en la población beneficiaria de Casa deJusticia. Este trabajo se desarrolló a partir del proceso de orientación individual y formación grupal,enfocada al desarrollo de habilidades para el manejo asertivo de los conflictos, la creación deespacios de afectividad y el fomento de una mejor comunicación entre los subsistemas parental,conyugal y fraternal. Entre sus objetivos contempla el fomento de espacios para prevenir laviolencia intrafamiliar y doméstica en el nororiente de esta población. El desarrollo de ésta labor serealizó siguiendo los lineamientos del enfoque de sistemas, ya que es aplicable en cualquier campocientífico y permite una visión dialéctica del mundo con la premisa de las relaciones de losfenómenos y de la totalidad. Además, concebir la familia como sistema implica analizarla con unavisión holística que explore la dinámica relacional en su interior, los cambios, la interdependencia,la interacción entre los miembros y su vinculación con otros sistemas sociales; porque esimportante la interrelación individuo, familia y sociedad. En la conceptualización de la experiencia se expone un marco teórico regido bajo el enfoquesistémico que reconoce el dinamismo social, la organización grupal, interrelación eintercomunicación de los sistemas, influencia de las partes y capacidad de cambio desde losmismos sujetos de intervención. De la investigación se concluye que la teoría familiar sistémica, es económica, multiplicadora ypreventiva, pues permite observar, en su complejidad, a todo un sistema —la familia a la vez yapunta a la reconstrucción y participación de las redes sociales —tales como el vecindario, losamigos, maestros, funcionarios que son quienes pueden consolidar los cambios favorables de lossistemas familiares. Entre los logros se destacan: adquisición de nuevos conceptos,reconocimiento de la incidencia del Trabajo Social y realización de orientación familiar individual. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The problem undertaken was that of the violence in family in the Justice House beneficiarypopulation. This work developed from the process of individual orientation and group formation,focused to the development of abilities for the assertive management of the conflicts, the emotionspaces creation and the promotion of a better communication among the parental, conjugal andfraternal subsystems. Among its objectives contemplates the promotion of spaces to prevent theviolence in family and servant in the northeastern of Floridablanca population. The development ofthis work was carried out continuing the features of the focus of systems, since is applicable in anyscientific field and permits a vision dialectic of the world with the premise of the relations of thephenomena and of the totality. Besides, to conceive the family as system implies to analyze it witha holistic vision that explore the relational dynamics in its interior, changes, interdependency,interaction between the members and its linking with other social systems; because is important theinterrelation individual, family and company. In the conceptualization of the experience a theoretical framework is exposed governed under thesystemic focus that recognizes the social dynamism, group organization, interrelation andintercommunication of the systems, the influence of the parts and the capacity of change since thesame intervention subjects. Of the investigation is concluded that the systemic family theory, is economic, multiplicadora andpreventive, therefore permits to observe, in their complexity, to all a system —the family at the sametime and aims at the reconstruction and participation of the social networks —such as theneighborhood, the friends, master, officials— that are who they can consolidate the favorablechanges of the family systems. Among the achievements they are emphasized: acquisition ofconcepts, recognition of the incident of the Social Work and individual family orientation. | |
