dc.description.abstractEste proyecto surge con la idea de conocer el sistema de salud y prestación del servicio llevado por la Empresa Social del Estado ESE de la ciudad de Barrancabermeja (Santander), quien contrata con las EPS, fundamentalmente el programa de Promoción y Prevención para lo cual fueron creadas estas entidades en miras de mantener la población sana con las actividades preventivas desde la niñez, siguiendo en el crecimiento hasta llegar a la adultez, a etapas en la mujer como embarazos, salud oral y todas aquellas acciones en pro de la salud del ser humano. Para lo cual, se parte de un esbozo del sistema de salud, siguiendo con un estudio de carácter exploratorio descriptivo, apoyado en una metodología del pensamiento creativo para llegar a un diagnóstico y posterior generación de ideas que conlleven a estrategias de mejoramiento en la prestación del servicio. Proceso en el cual se pudo conocer que pese a encontrarse la disposición del servicio hacia 12 centros de salud, el del Danubio es el que más personal atiende y la empresa EMDISALUD la que mayor número de glosas o descuentos le hace a la ESE Barrancabermeja, notándose que el principal motivo es porque no cumple con la cobertura del servicio al 100%, siendo el programa de salud oral menos atendido, principalmente por fallas en la actualización de la base de datos y la disponibilidad de una mejor infraestructura. El desarrollo de este proyecto hace un aporte social pues busca cada vez que la entidad entre en una mejora continua del servicio prestado, en pro de una población sana y encaminada a la toma de servicios preventivos de salud. Se resaltan, como estrategias primordiales el incentivo de la demanda inducida, charlas hacia los usuarios y manejo de higienistas para el programa de salud oral.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project arises with the idea of knowing the system of health and service taken by the Social Company of the State THIS of Barrancabermeja's city (Santander), who contracts with the EPS, fundamentally the program of Promotion and Prevention for which these entities were created in gun-sights of the healthy population supported with the preventive activities from the childhood, continuing in the growth up to coming to the adulthood, to stages in the woman as pregnancies, oral health and all those actions in favor of the health of the human being. For which, it splits of a sketch of the system of health, continuing with a study of exploratory descriptive character, rested on a methodology of the creative thought to come to a diagnosis and later generation of ideas that they carry I process in which it was possible to know that in spite of being the disposition of the service towards 12 centers of health, that of the Danube is more personal the one that attends and the company EMDISALUD that major number of annotations or discounts does to him to THIS Barrancabermeja, being obvious that the principal motive is because it does not fulfill with the coverage of the service 100 %, being the program of oral health least attended, principally for faults in the update of the database and the availability of a better infrastructure. The development of this project does a social contribution so it searches whenever the entity between in a constant improvement of the given service, in favor of a population healthy and directed to the capture of preventive services of health.
