dc.description.abstractEste documento tiene como objetivo principal presentar las actividades realizadas durante la práctica empresarial en la Secretaría de Planeación y Obras Públicas del municipio de Pinchote, Santander. En primer lugar, se proporciona una descripción de la entidad donde se llevó a cabo la práctica. Posteriormente, se describe la metodología utilizada para la ejecución de las actividades, destacando la supervisión de proyectos públicos, como la construcción de la sede principal del Colegio Pedro Santos a través de visitas técnicas. Además, se abordó la revisión exhaustiva de licencias de construcción, garantizando que se ajusten a los lineamientos de la normativa NSR-10. Se describe la caracterización vial con el fin de diligenciar la matriz de priorización del INVIAS, también se brindó apoyo en la elaboración de presupuestos y estimaciones de cantidades con el propósito de construir placa huellas en los sectores de Las Hortensias y Las Vueltas. Se incluyen pruebas de las actividades realizadas y se presentan conclusiones que resaltan los logros obtenidos durante la práctica.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis document's primary objective is to present the activities carried out during the internship at the Department of Planning and Public Works of the municipality of Pinchote, Santander. Firstly, a description of the entity where the internship took place is provided. Subsequently, the methodology used for the execution of activities is described, emphasizing the supervision of public projects, such as the construction of the main headquarters of Colegio Pedro Santos through technical visits. Additionally, a thorough review of construction permits was undertaken, ensuring compliance with the NSR-10. regulatory guidelines. The road characterization is described with the purpose of completing the prioritization matrix for INVIAS. Support was also provided in the preparation of budgets and quantity estimates with the purpose of building "placa huellas" (concrete slabs for rural roads) in the Las Hortensias and Las Vueltas areas. Evidence of the activities carried out is included, and conclusions highlighting the achievements during the internship are presented.
