dc.description.abstract	Una de las consecuencias que trajo la pandemia por Covid-19 fue el cambio del modelo de negocio de muchas empresas y emprendimientos, con las restricciones que impusieron los gobiernos locales, los consumidores se vieron obligados a cambiar su forma de adquirir bienes y servicios sin salir de casa, allí fue donde el comercio electrónico tuvo un mayor auge y actualmente son muchas las personas que prefieren adquirir sus productos por medio de internet. Otra situación que se ha evidenciado durante mucho tiempo es que algunos estudiantes para cubrir sus gastos personales o tener un ingreso deciden emprender, sin embargo, esto se torna difícil al momento de dar a conocer el producto o servicio que brindan al mercado. Teniendo en cuenta las dos problemáticas evidenciadas anteriormente, se decidió crear un sistema de información web que le permita a las personas que pertenecen a la comunidad UIS publicar y vender sus productos o servicios, y de igual forma, permitirles a los consumidores encontrar y comprar los productos que desean en dicha plataforma de acuerdo con sus criterios de interés. La idea principal de esta plataforma es brindar un espacio enfocado a impulsar los emprendimientos UIS, con el fin de darlos a conocer a la comunidad en general y así también apoyar el comercio local
dc.description.abstractenglish	One of the consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic was the change in the business model of many companies and enterprises, with the restrictions imposed by local governments consumers were forced to change their way of buy products and services without going out, that was where e-commerce had a greater boom and currently there are many people who prefer to buy their products through the internet. Another situation that has been evidenced for a long time is that some students to cover their personal expenses or have an income decide to undertake, however, this becomes difficult when making the product or service they provide known to the market. Knowing the two problems highlighted above, we were decided to create a web information system that allows people who belong to the UIS community to publish and sell their products or services and in the same way allow consumers to find and buy the products they want on this platform according to their criteria of interest. The main idea of this platform is to provide a space focused on promoting UIS ventures, to make them known to the community in general and thus also support local businesses.
