dc.description.abstractLa educación es esencial en el progreso de cualquier nación, por este motivo, el análisis, identificación y caracterización de los múltiples talentos de los estudiantes en las aulas escolares y fuera de estas, se constituye en un aporte sustancial para la formación integral y realización personal de los estudiantes. Es por esto que, este proyecto elige como foco de investigación la Jornada Escolar Complementaria (JEC) brindada por la Caja de Compensación Comfenalco en diversas ciudades del país, como Medellín, y que se oferta en las instituciones educativas como escenario de aprendizaje para el desarrollo integral, descubrimiento de potencialidades y estimulación completa desde edades tempranas, el cual merece ser atendido de manera crítico reflexiva respecto a su aporte a la formación integral y la gestión del talento en y fuera del aula. El objetivo de esta investigación cualitativa (en educación) es generar una reflexión en torno a la formación integral en la Educación Básica Primaria a partir del programa de formación de la JEC en la ciudad de Medellín, el cual es ofertado por la institución Comfenalco Antioquia, por lo cual, se plantea como un estudio de caso único en el que se aplicó una entrevista semiestructurada a los formadores de la JEC y una lectura a los fundamentos de este programa. A partir del análisis de los datos se reconoce la JEC como escenario de aprendizaje para el desarrollo integral, descubrimiento de potencialidades y estimulación completa que exige al docente (escuela) que lo atienda de manera critico-reflexiva respecto a su aporte a la formación integral y la gestión del talento dentro y fuera del aula. Puesto que es importante la gestión del talento de los estudiantes desde una pedagogía conjunta entre la escuela, la familia y la sociedad en general, ya que al no ser atendidas las potencialidades estas pueden perderse.
dc.description.abstractenglishEducation is essential for the progress of any nation, for this reason, the analysis, identification, and characterization of the multiple talents of students in and out of the classroom is a substantial contribution to the integral formation and personal fulfillment of students. For this reason, this project chooses as a research focus the Complementary School Day (JEC) provided by the Caja de Compensación Comfenalco in several cities of the country, such as Medellín, and which is offered in educational institutions as a learning scenario for the integral development, discovery of potentialities and complete stimulation from early ages, which deserves to be attended in a critical-reflexive way regarding its contribution to the integral formation and management of talent in and out of the classroom. The objective of this qualitative research (in education) is to generate a reflection on the integral formation in Primary Basic Education based on the JEC training program in the city of Medellin, which is offered by the institution Comfenalco Antioquia, therefore, it is proposed as a single case study in which a semistructured interview was applied to the JEC trainers and a reading of the foundations of this program. From the analysis of the data, the JEC is recognized as a learning scenario for integral development, discovery of potentialities and complete stimulation that requires the teacher (school) to attend to it in a critical-reflective manner with respect to its contribution to integral formation and talent management inside and outside the classroom. Since it is important to manage the talent of the students from a joint pedagogy between the school, the family and society in general, since if the potentialities are not attended to, they can be lost.
