dc.description.abstractadministración, operación y distribución de los servicios públicos domiciliarios de acueducto y alcantarillado en el Municipio de Socorro (Santander), así como de la ejecución de todas las actividades afines, conexas y complementarias relacionadas a la distribución y comercialización de la prestación del servicio público de manera eficiente, efectiva, propendiendo a la mejora continua y contribuyendo al cuidado y preservación del medio ambiente, dando un adecuado manejo al preciado recurso hídrico y ejecutando practicas orientadas al correcto uso de los recursos físicos. Teniendo en cuenta el vínculo que existe entre la entidad prestadora de servicios y la Universidad Industrial de Santander, el presente documento expone las actividades que se desarrollaron bajo el cargo de auxiliar de ingeniería civil dentro de la dirección operativa y de proyectos de Aguas del Socorro SA ESP, las cuales corresponden a responder oficios y derechos de petición radicados por usuarios, realizar modificaciones en los formatos que direccionan el proceso de vinculación, atender solicitudes de disponibilidad inmediata de los servicios, evidenciar la problemática ocasionada por aguas lluvias, entre otras labores encaminadas a facilitar el desarrollo de los objetivos planteados.
dc.description.abstractenglishAguas del Socorro SA ESP was established in 2013 and since then it has been the entity in charge of the provision, administration, operation and distribution of the domestic water supply and sewerage services in the Municipality of Socorro (Santander), as well as the execution of all related, related and complementary activities related to the distribution and commercialization of the provision of the public service in an efficient, effective way, tending to continuous improvement and contributing to the care and preservation of the environment, giving a adequate management of the precious water resource and executing practices oriented to the correct use of physical resources. Taking into account the link that exists between the service provider entity and the Universidad Industrial de Santander, this document sets out the activities that were developed under the position of civil engineering assistant within the operational direction of Aguas del Socorro SA ESP, which correspond to respond to requests and right of petition filed by users, make modifications in the formats that direct the linking process, attend requests for immediate availability of services, highlight the problems caused by rainwater, among other tasks aimed at facilitating the development of the planted objectives.
