dc.description.abstractLa correcta formulación y planificación de un proyecto es de vital importancia ya que de estos depende el bienestar económico y la integridad de cualquier empresa de construcción. El éxito del proyecto está ligado a la buena administración del dinero asignado para la creación de obras nuevas o el mejoramiento de las ya existentes. En el presente proyecto de grado se llevó a cabo el seguimiento diario, las visitas de obra, plan de manejo de tránsito y la presentación de informes mensuales de obra en un proyecto de construcción de infraestructura educativa en el municipio de Landázuri, en donde se observa que la planificación de este proyecto tuvo un error en la asignación de las cantidades por ende la empresa presenta pérdidas significativas de $11.476.578 COP. Además el cálculo de las cantidades, presupuesto, planos de localización y planos estructurales para una placa huella en el municipio de Cepita, haciendo uso de la cartilla de obras menores de drenaje y estructuras viales. A su vez la realización de las especificaciones técnicas, planos de localización y plan de manejo de tránsito, para la consultoría de una placa huella en el municipio de Él Molino.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe correct formulation and planning of a project is of vital importance since the economic well-being and integrity of any construction company depends on these. The good success of the project is linked to the administration of the money assigned for the creation of new works or the improvement of the existing ones. In this degree project, daily monitoring, site visits, traffic management plan and the presentation of monthly work reports were carried out in an educational infrastructure construction project in the municipality of Landázuri, where it is observed that the planning of this project had an error in the reduction of the amounts, therefore the company presents significant losses of $11,476,578 COP. In addition, the calculation of the quantities, budget, location plans and structural plans for a footprint plate in the municipality of Cepita, using the primer for minor drainage works and road structures. At the same time, the realization of the technical specifications, location plans and traffic management plan, for the consultancy of a footprint plate in the municipality of El Molino.
