dc.description.abstract	Este documento se presenta como continuidad de mejoramiento del índice de deserción presentada en los programas de Tecnología Empresarial y Gestión Empresarial del IPRED- UIS, El índice de deserción desde el año 2013 ha sido del 45 % un porcentaje alto, lo que hace necesario la intervención para el seguimiento a estudiantes, desde el año 2018 se refleja un mejoramiento en la tasa de deserción del 25 % ya que desde ese año y siguientes, se han realizado prácticas con enfoque en el fortalecimiento al programa RISA-SEA, generando estrategias para mejorar el programa. Se realizó el seguimiento a los estudiantes de los programas de Tecnología Empresarial y Gestión Empresaria dando prioridad a los becados tanto de la gobernación de la magdalena y la fundación Aureliano llano donde se encuentra una gran oportunidad de mejora porque a pesar que tuvieron matricula asumida por el ente gubernamental los 38 becados que se les hizo seguimiento manifestaron no contar con las herramientas necesarias para poder empezar sus estudios: como computador, servicio de internet fijo y una capacitación del uso de la plataforma. En materia de resultados, se obtienen aportes para el programa RISA-SEA, entre los cuales se destaca Formulario único de reporte a estudiantes con las áreas involucradas del seguimiento a estudiantes, Video instructivo antes de empezar prácticas, Guía a futuros practicantes, estrategias comunicación y sensibilización a los tutores.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This document is presented as a continuation of the improvement of the dropout rate presented in the Business Technology and Business Management programs of the IPRED-UIS. The dropout rate since 2013 has been 45%, a high percentage, which makes intervention necessary. for the monitoring of students, since 2018 an improvement in the dropout rate of 25% is reflected since from that year and following, practices have been carried out with a focus on strengthening the RISA-SEA program, generating strategies to improve the Program. The students of the Business Technology and Business Management programs were followed up, giving priority to scholarship recipients from both the Governor's Office of La Magdalena and the Aureliano Llano Foundation, where there is a great opportunity for improvement because, despite the fact that they had enrollment assumed by the government entity, the 38 scholarship recipients who were followed up stated that they did not have the necessary tools to be able to start their studies: such as a computer, fixed internet service and training in the use of the platform. In terms of results, contributions are obtained for the RISA-SEA program, among which stands out the Single Report Form for students with the areas involved in student monitoring, an instructional video before starting internships, a guide for future interns, communication strategies and sensitization to tutors.
