dc.description.abstract	Título: Conformación y Consolidación de la Banda Musico Marcial del Colegio Francisco San Juan del Corregimiento de Turbay en el Municipio de Suratá Santander** Autor: Carlos Mario Durán Gómez* Palabras Clave: Banda, Marcial, Consolidación, Ensamble, Rítmico Descripción: El proyecto: “Conformación de la Banda Musico Marcial del Colegio Francisco San Juan del Corregimiento de Turbay en el Municipio de Suratá Santander, se enmarca dentro de la modalidad de Dirección Coral e Instrumental propuesta por la Escuela de Artes–Música de la universidad Industrial de Santander. Tiene como objetivo principal la conformación y consolidación de la banda musical marcial del colegio Francisco San Juan como una agrupación musical que fomente el desarrollo artístico y social de los estudiantes de esta comunidad. Para el logro de este propósito, se trabajó, básicamente apelando al método de aprendizaje por imitación, es decir, los alumnos siguen paso a paso, las instrucciones ofrecidas por el profesor, en prácticas tanto por familias instrumentales a manera de ensayos parciales y posteriormente mediante ensayos generales, los que permiten tener una percepción general del trabajo, logrando así el ensamble, balance sonoro y precisión rítmica y melódica, además de los protocolos y ordenes de mando particulares en estas agrupaciones. Los resultados alcanzados se materializan en la consolidación de la banda con treinta participantes de diferentes grados de escolaridad, participando en eventos culturales y académicos en el corregimiento y la región. A manera de conclusiones, vale destacar que este proceso musical, logra integrar los diferentes actores de la comunidad escolar, entendido esto como al rector, los profesores, padres de familia y estudiantes. Así mismo, se concluye que para el colegio es un logro importante, toda vez que se sienta un muy buen precedente, para dar continuidad a estos procesos que enriquecen la vida académica y estudiantil en la región.

Its main objective is the formation and consolidation of the martial music band of the Francisco San Juan school as a musical group that promotes the artistic and social development of the students of this community. To achieve this purpose, we worked, basically appealing to the method of learning by imitation, that is, the students follow step by step, the instructions offered by the teacher, in practices both by instrumental families as partial rehearsals and later through general rehearsals, which allow us to have a general perception of the work, thus achieving the ensemble, sound balance and rhythmic and melodic precision, in addition to the particular protocols and command orders in these groups. The results achieved materialize in the consolidation of the band with thirty participants of different levels of schooling, participating in cultural and academic events in the township and the region. By way of conclusions, it is worth highlighting that this musical process manages to integrate the different actors of the school community, understood as the principal, teachers, parents and students. Likewise, it is concluded that for the school it is an important achievement, since a very good precedent is set, to give continuity to these processes that enrich academic and student life in the region.
