dc.description.abstractEn esta última década, el rápido avance de la tecnología, ha originado la proliferación de fuentes de información digital; el campo de las bibliotecas digitales cada vez es más significativo dentro de las áreas de la información permitiendo a el usuario obtener en forma ágil un sinnúmero de recursos que va desde un artículo hasta una referencia bibliográfica; facilitando la preservación de las memorias de la historia, además ofrece amplias oportunidades para el campo de la educación al extender y mejorar el acceso a nuevas formas de acercarnos al conocimiento. El presente proyecto incorpora un estudio de necesidades fundamentales para el desarrollo de una herramienta web que soporte la construcción colectiva de una biblioteca digital, ofreciendo actividades de control de la herramienta en función del proceso que cumple el administrador, así mismo se tendrán una visualización completa y siempre disponible del contenido almacenado en la herramienta teniendo en cuenta acciones en las que interactuaran los estudiantes, investigadores y expertos. El proyecto propone una herramienta web que apoye a la comunidad en la búsqueda de material bibliográfico confiable de acceso libre, permitiendo acumular la mayor cantidad de direcciones web de recursos; para llevar a cabo este proyecto se realizó la especificación de requerimientos de software usando el estándar (IEEE830), y diseño de la herramienta. Lo anterior realizando estudio de necesidades, diseño y posteriormente implementación.
