dc.description.abstractEvaluación docente 4. RESUMEN: Se realizó un análisis descriptivo de los ítems, evaluando cuáles presentaban mayor o menor dificultad de acuerdo a la modalidad académica o al tipo de vinculación de los profesores. Dada la enorme asimetría a izquierda de las calificaciones de los estudiantes se utilizó la mediana de ellas como medida representativa de la nota del profesor en cada uno de los ítems del cuestionario. Mediante el Modelo de Crédito Parcial, una extensión del modelo Rasch, se logró estimar el nivel de dificultad de los ítems y el nivel de habilidad de los profesores en su desempeño docente; se identificó cuáles ítems presentaban desajuste al Modelo de Crédito Parcial mediante la observación de los valores OUTFIT e INFIT para cada uno de ellos. Se realizó una correlación entre las notas y las calificaciones de la evaluación docente para las asignaturas de Cálculo I, Cálculo II, Cálculo III y Ecuaciones Diferenciales. Todas las correlaciones calculadas fueron prácticamente insignificantes en contravía de la creencia de que las evaluaciones de los estudiantes responden a la nota obtenida en la asignatura impartida por el profesor que se evalúa. Por último, se efectuó una encuesta que da algunas luces acerca de la forma como los estudiantes comprenden y responden cada uno de los ítems del cuestionario de evaluación docente.

Was made a descriptive analysis of items, evaluating which of them was have more or less difficult, according to its academic modality or according to the type of linkage of the teachers. Given the huge asymmetry to the left of the qualifications of the students, it used the median of them as a representative measure of the note the teacher in each of the items on the questionnaire. Using the Partial Credit Model, an extension of the Rasch model, it was achieved to estimate the level of item difficulty and skill level of teachers in their teaching performance, it was possible to be identified which items showed misfit to the Partial Credit Model by observing INFIT and OUTFIT values for each items. It performed a correlation between grades and teacher evaluation scores for the subjects of Calculus I, Calculus II, Calculus III and Differential Equations. All correlations calculated were practically insignificant, counter to the belief that assessments of students respond to the grade in the subject taught by the teacher who is evaluated. Finally, it conducted a survey that gives some lights about the form as the students understand and respond each one of the items of the questionnaire of educational evaluation.
