dc.description.abstractEl diseño e implementación de un sistema de indicadores para medir la administración del riesgo de la Cámara de Comercio de Bucaramanga, tiene como objetivo determinar el grado de eficacia de los controles establecidos para mitigar los riesgos identificados dentro plan de riesgos del año 2017-2018 para los diferentes procesos de la organización; por medio de la evaluación de los indicadores propuestos para los riesgos Críticos y Moderados, y de la propuesta de un tablero de control que identifica el estado final de los riesgos a partir del estado final de los indicadores, ajustado a las necesidades de la organización y que permita realizar seguimiento a la efectividad de los controles implementados. El presente proyecto se desarrolló en 4 etapas, las cuales son: el desarrollo del diagnóstico de la situación actual de la administración del riesgo, el diseño y construcción del sistema de indicadores, la implementación y finalmente, la documentación de cada una de las etapas que se desarrollaron y que se encuentran determinadas por el análisis metodológico realizado para lograr la consecución de los objetivos del proyecto. Los resultados obtenidos son el diseño e implementación del sistema de indicadores, el cual incluye las hojas de vida de cada uno, la construcción de la herramienta, incluyendo las observaciones y la funcionalidad para mejor entendimiento. Finalmente, las recomendaciones asociadas al uso de la herramienta y acciones de mejora para el control de los riesgos que no cumplieron con las metas y que aún controlados se les identificó oportunidades de mejora. *
dc.description.abstractenglishThe design and implementation of a system of indicators to measure the risk management of the Chamber of Commerce of Bucaramanga, aims to determine the degree of effectiveness of the controls established to mitigate the identified risks in the risk plan for the year 2017-2018 for the several processes of the organization; through the evaluation of the proposed indicators for the Critical and Moderate risks, and the proposal of a control panel that identifies the final state of the risks from the final state of the indicators, adjusted to the needs of the organization and that allows tracking the effectiveness of the implemented controls. This project was developed in 4 stages, which are: the development of the diagnosis of the current situation of risk management, the design and construction of the indicator system, the implementation and finally, the documentation of the stages that were developed and determined by methodological análisis carried out to achieve the objectives of the project. The obtained results were the design and implementation of the indicators system, which includes the resumes of each one, the construction of the tool, including observations and functionality for better understanding. Finally, the associated recommendations with the use of the tool and improvement actions for the control of risks that did not meet the goals and that were still controlled were identified opportunities for improvement. *
