dc.description.abstractA través de la revisión documental del proceso de contratación realizado en la Universidad Industrial de Santander, se pretende con este trabajo aplicativo, identificar los mecanismos de rendición que realiza la Universidad Industrial de Santander en el tema contractual. Para ello, a partir de los Sistemas de Información de la Universidad que intervienen en la contratación como son: Registro de Proveedores, Sistema de Información Financiero, Página UIS link Contratación, Sistema Gestión de Documentos por identificarán los tipos de información en cada una de sus etapas. Posterior a esto, se hizo la revisión documental al Sistema de Información del Organismo de Control, SIA Observa, analizando los diferentes tipos de información que intervienen durante el proceso contractual en todas las etapas (precontractual, contractual y pos contractual) y de acuerdo a la información recopilada se identificaron las dificultades y necesidades para la rendición de la información en las plataformas informáticas establecidas por la Universidad Industrial de Santander y por Contraloría General de Santander, entidad que adoptó el Sistema SIA Observa de la Auditoría General de la República, con el fin de generar propuestas que permitan centralizar la información de manera que se logre optimizar la gestión en el proceso de consolidación y reporte de la información.
dc.description.abstractenglishThrough the documentary review of the contracting process carried out at the Industrial University of Santander, it is intended with this application work, to identify the mechanisms of surrender that the Industrial University of Santander performs in the contractual subject. For this, from the Information Systems of the University that intervene in the hiring such as: "Registration of Suppliers", "Financial Information System", "Page UIS link Contracting", "Document Management System for Contracts" is They will identify the types of information in each of its stages. After this, a documentary review was made to the Information System of the Control Body, "SIA Observa", analyzing the different types of information that intervene during the contractual process in all stages (pre-contractual, contractual and post-contractual) and according to the information collected identified the difficulties and needs for the presentation of information in the computer platforms established by the Industrial University of Santander and by the General Comptroller of Santander, an entity that adopted the SIA Observation System of the General Audit of the Republic, with the purpose of generating proposals that allow to centralize the information in a way that manages to optimize the management in the process of consolidation and reporting of the information. .
