dc.description.abstractLa evaluación de madurez en la dirección de proyectos para la empresa Legrand Colombia S.A. bajo el estándar OPM3 tiene como objetivo establecer una línea base y un plan de mejoramiento en la dirección de proyectos de la organización y de este modo buscar pasar del nivel 1 al nivel 2 relacionados en el modelo del Dr. Harold Kerzner. Este proyecto cuenta con tres fases fundamentales que inician con la identificación de cuales lineamientos planteados por el estándar OPM3 aportan de una mejor manera a la evaluación del nivel de madurez de la organización, para posteriormente tener las herramienta de definir un instrumento de diagnóstico con el que se establezcan las fortalezas relacionadas a las prácticas de la organización en la dirección de proyectos y finalmente poder formular un plan de mejora que permita el fortalecimiento de las buenas prácticas que se tienen y las que faltan por adquirir. A pesar de que el estándar OPM3 contempla el estudio de proyectos, programas y portafolios, la aplicación en este proyecto de grado de profundización se realizará únicamente en la rama de proyectos, puesto que la organización no cuenta con el desarrollo de proyectos que dependan de otro. Es decir, cada proyecto es independiente.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe evaluation of maturity in project management for the Colombian subsidiary of the French company Legrand Colombia S.A. under the OPM3 standard belonging to PMI (Project Management Institute) aims to establish a baseline and improvement plan in the project management of the organization and thus seek to move from level 1 to level 2 related in the model of Dr. Harold Kerzner. This project has three fundamental phases that begin with the identification of which guidelines proposed by the OPM3 standard contribute in a better way to the evaluation of the level of maturity of the organization, to later have the tools to define a diagnostic instrument with which establish the strengths related to the practices of the organization in the direction of projects and finally be able to formulate an improvement plan that allows the strengthening of the good practices that have and those that are still to be acquired. Although the OPM3 standard contemplates the study of projects, programs and portfolios, the application in this project of degree of deepening will be carried out only in the branch of projects, since the organization does not count on the development of projects that depend on another. That is, each project is independent.
