dc.description.abstractEl siguiente documento describe el proceso de implementación del sistema de seguridad y salud ocupacional bajo los lineamientos de la norma OHSAS 18001:2007 en la Sede Recreacional de Comfenalco Santander. Como punto de partida se realiza una descripción de la organización, seguida del diagnóstico inicial realizado a la empresa con el fin de determinar el estado de cumplimiento respecto a la norma de referencia; con base en los resultados obtenidos se procede a definir la política y los objetivos de S&SO, se selecciona la metodología para efectuar el panorama de factores de riesgo y se detalla posteriormente la ejecución del levantamiento del mismo, teniendo en cuenta los riesgos que afectan a trabajadores, contratistas y visitantes. Se diseñan los documentos requeridos para poder mantener el sistema en el tiempo y se establecen e implementan los controles necesarios para eliminar o minimizar los riesgos hallados. Por último se llevan a cabo dos auditorías internas para verificar el desempeño del sistema y el cumplimiento de las metas establecidas. Con la implementación del sistema de S&SO, Comfenalco contribuye al desarrollo de la calidad de vida de sus partes interesadas, involucrando la seguridad y bienestar a las actividades desarrolladas en sus instalaciones y a los servicios ofrecidos.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe following text describes the process of implementation of an occupational safety and health system which follows the rules of the norm OHSAS 18001:2007 in COMFENALCO SANTANDER Headquarters. To begin with, a description of the organization is done. After that the initial diagnosis done is presented to determine how accurately the organization obeys by the rule. Then, based on the results new S&SO policies and objectives are established and a methodology is chosen to create a view of the risk factors and then its execution is described. This is done taking into account the risks that employees, employers and visitors may have. After this, the documents to ensure the application of the system throughout time are designed as well as the risks identified are either eliminated or lowered. Lastly, two audits are carried out to check the performance of the system and the fulfillment of all the rules established. With the implementation of S&SO system, Comfenalco helps the improvement of the well being of the people related to it by means of improving security in the activities carried out in its headquarters and the services it offers.
