dc.description.abstractEste documento presenta las labores realizadas durante la práctica empresarial en la Secretaría de Planeación del municipio de Pinchote, Santander. Estas actividades comprenden el apoyo en la supervisión del proyecto de construcción de un mega-colegio en el casco urbano del municipio; la revisión de planos estructurales y memorias de cálculo de las licencias de construcción adelantadas en la Oficina de Planeación; y la actualización de presupuestos y realización de documentación complementaria en la formulación de proyectos de inversión pública adelantados por el municipio. Con esto se buscó aplicar conceptos de supervisión; cumplimiento del Reglamento Colombiano de Construcción Sismo Resistente; y formulación de proyectos, para que de esta forma se realizaran labores que sean de gran utilidad para el municipio y se lograra que el estudiante adquiriera conocimientos y habilidades que faciliten su ingreso al campo laboral.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis document presents the activities carried out during the internship in the Municipal Planning Office of Pinchote, Santander. These activities include support in the supervision of the construction project of a mega-school in the urban area of the municipality; the review of structural plans and calculation reports of the construction licenses developed in the Planning Office; and the updating of budgets and preparation of complementary documentation in the formulation of public investment projects carried out by the municipality. This seeks to apply concepts of supervision, compliance with the Colombian Code of Earthquake Resistant Building and project formulation, aiming for the activities to be of great use for the municipality and that the student acquires knowledge and skills that facilitate their entry into the labor field.
