dc.description.abstractEn el presente documento se describe el proceso y los resultados de la práctica empresarial en Comercializadora Internacional Nilza Ltda., empresa dedicada a la confección de ropa infantil, (especializada en la línea de niña). Durante la práctica se desarrollaron las etapas de transferencia de tecnología blanda en la planta de producción; específicamente se ejecutaron las etapas de adaptación y apropiación tecnológica, las cuales tuvieron como soporte técnico el Software adquirido por la empresa: Stym - Métodos y Producción-. Inicialmente se desarrolló un diagnostico general de los procesos, encontrándose una serie de falencias representadas en diversos tipos de despilfarro, para las cuales se planearon las respectivas propuestas de mejoras. Para la aplicación de estas medidas se planteó como uno de los objetivos del proyecto la estandarización y normalización de los procesos productivos que se desarrollan diariamente en la empresa, aplicándose la técnica del análisis de micromovimientos en la adaptación del Software y obtención de tiempos estándares. Esta herramienta facilitó la aplicación del sistema modular de producción en la planta de ensamble, el análisis de los factores que influyen en el desarrollo de los procesos y contribuyó a mejorar la productividad y eficiencia de la producción. Adicionalmente en el proyecto se diseñaron indicadores de producción para la evaluación, manejo y mejoramiento continuo del sistema implementado. Como logros significativos de esta práctica, se destacó el alcance de un mejor desempeño en los procesos, el aumento de la eficiencia, la disminución de reprocesos y una mayor organización y planeación de las actividades de la planta. Así mismo, reconociendo el positivo impacto que se obtuvo y bajo estas nuevas condiciones, la empresa mejoró su nivel de competitividad en el mercado y se destaca el crecimiento organizacional en el que actualmente se encuentra
dc.description.abstractenglishThis document describes the process and the results of the business practice in Comercializadora International Nilza Ltda., business dedicated to the children's fashion dressmaking (specialized in the girl's fashion line). During the practice the phases for transferring soft technology were developed in the plant of production; specifically the phases of adaptation and technological appropriation were executed, which had as technical backup the Software acquired by the business: Stym -Methods and Production-. At the beginning a general diagnostic of the processes was developed making evident some failures represented in different types of squandering, for which the respective proposals of improvements were planned. For the application of these measures was presented as one of the objectives of this project the standardization and normalization of the daily productive processes developed in the company, applying the technique of analysis of micro-movements in the adaptation of the Software and world standard times measurement. This tool facilitated the application of the modular system of production in the plant for assembles, the analysis of the factors that influence in the development of the processes and contributed to improve the productivity and efficiency of the production. Additionally in the project indicators of production for the evaluation, management and continuous improvement of the system implemented were designed. This practice emphasizes as significant achievements the reach of a better performance in the processes, the increase of the efficiency, the decrease of reprocess and a greater organization and planning of the activities of the plant. Likewise, recognizing the positive impact that was obtained and under these new conditions, the business improved its level of competitiveness in the market and the organizational growth in which at present is found.
