dc.description.abstractEl presente documento tiene como finalidad exponer el desarrollo de las funciones durante el periodo de prácticas realizado en la alcaldía municipal de El Banco, ubicada en la parte sur del departamento del Magdalena, desempeñando el cargo de Auxiliar de Ingeniería Civil en la secretaria de Planeación del municipio. El enfoque principal de la práctica fue el apoyo en la revisión de la documentación técnica de los procesos licitatorios llevados a cabo en la alcaldía, apoyo en la revisión y aprobación de licencias de construcción, apoyo en la realización de alguno de los diseños requeridos para el beneficio de la comunidad, apoyo en el cálculo de cantidades, informes de supervisión e interventoría, además del presupuesto que estos requiriesen. Adicional a esto se muestra la realización de visitas de inspección técnica del municipio y sus alrededores, para la luego elaborar los respectivos informes de estado, anexando las cantidades de obra necesarias para reposición, rehabilitación o mantenimiento del mismo si fuese necesario. Este documento también incluye información detallada acerca de la alcaldía municipal, marco teórico de diseños, cálculo de cantidades, supervisión e interventoría de proyectos, visitas técnicas, revisión de actas y evidencias del desarrollo de cada una de las actividades realizadas en el proceso.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe purpose of this document is to present the development of the functions during the internship period carried out in the municipal mayor's office of El Banco, located in the southern part of the department of Magdalena, performing the position of Civil Engineering Assistant in the Secretary of Planning of the municipality. The main focus of the practice was the support in the review of the technical documentation of the bidding processes carried out in the mayor's office, support in the review and approval of construction licenses, support in the realization of some of the designs required for the benefit of the community, support in the calculation of quantities, supervision and audit reports, in addition to the budget that these required. In addition to this, technical inspection visits to the municipality and its surroundings are shown, for the subsequent preparation of the respective status reports, attaching the quantities of work required for replacement, rehabilitation or maintenance of the same if necessary. This document also includes detailed information about the municipal mayor's office, theoretical framework of designs, calculation of quantities, project supervision and supervision, technical visits, review of minutes and evidence of the development of each of the activities carried out in the process.
