dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de grado tiene como finalidad presentar el estudio para la implementación de un laboratorio de análisis de lubricantes dentro de las instalaciones de la UIS sede Guatiguara, basándose en la escasez de este tipo de espacios a lo largo de la carrera, para ello es necesario comprender los elementos mínimos que deben considerarse en la creación de este tipo de espacios. El desarrollo del proyecto parte de la identificación de las pruebas que se realizarían, luego se documentan los equipo he implementos para llevarlas a cabo, en base a ello se sugiere la compra de maquinaria, así como la distribución de cada uno dentro del laboratorio, en seguida se hacen una serie de encuestas a diferentes empresas para identificar que pruebas son las más solicitadas y así lograr prestar el servicio de extensión. Finalmente se desarrolla un costo aproximado y una posible guía para una de las pruebas, para el correcto uso del equipo, dado que un buen procedimiento de trabajo es indispensable para la seguridad, con esta se busca que el estudiante obtenga explícitamente información a través de la observación exploración y experimentación por medio del desarrollo de esta en donde se ejemplifica el proceso a seguir con el uso del equipo, con el único propósito de que el estudiante se adapte con equipos que pueda encontrar en el campo laboral.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe purpose of this project is to present the study for the implementation of a lubricant analysis laboratory within the facilities of the UIS, Guatiguara headquarters, based on the scarcity of this type of space throughout the career, for this, it is necessary to understand the minimum elements that must be considered in the creation of this type of space. The development of the project starts with identifying the tests that would be carried out, then the equipment and implements to carry them out are documented. Based on this the purchase of machinery is suggested, as well as the distribution of each within the laboratory. Next, a series of surveys are made to different companies to identify which tests are the most requested and thus be able to provide the extension service. Finally, an approximate cost is developed and a possible guide for each one of the tests for the correct use of the equipment, given that a suitable work procedure is essential for safety, with this it is sought that the student explicitly obtain information through the observation exploration and experimentation through the development of this where the process to follow with the use of the equipment is exemplified, with the sole purpose that the student adapts with equipment that can be found in the workplace
