| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo consiste en la adopción e Implementación del MECI 1000:2005, que inicia con el conocimiento de la sede Barrancabermeja de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, a partir del cual se elaboró un diagnóstico general del Sistema de Control Interno y que permitió identificar su estado actual con respecto a cada uno de los elementos que lo componen. Este diagnóstico fue la base para generar las propuestas que permitieron diseñar o ajustar cada uno de los elementos al interior de las sedes, considerando las limitaciones que mostraban cada uno de acuerdo a su naturaleza al interior de la Universidad. De esta manera, el proyecto presenta como propuestas sobresalientes la modelación de los procesos que le permiten dar cumplimiento a su función de constitución; la propuesta metodológica para el proceso de planeación; la identificación, análisis, valoración de los riesgos inherentes a los procesos identificados con una propuesta de políticas para su adecuado manejo y sus respectivos controles e indicadores que permiten hacer un seguimiento y evaluación del estado de avance en la reducción de dichos riesgos; el diseño del manual de operación para los procesos misionales con el cual se operan las actividades y las observaciones importantes de implementación de cada uno de los elementos que integran el Modelo Estándar de Control Interno para el Estado Colombiano al interior de la UIS Sede Barrancabermeja. | dc.description.abstractenglish | This work relates the adoption and performance of MECI 1000:2005, which begins with the acquaintance of the Barrancabermeja facilities of the Industrial University of Santander (UIS); from which a general diagnosis was made and that allowed the identification of its present status, respecting each and every one of the elements it is composed of. This diagnosis was the basis to generate the proposals that allowed design or adjust each one of the elements inside the facility, taking into consideration the limitations, according to its nature inside the university. So that, this project presents as distinctive proposals the modeling in the processes which allow accomplishing its function of constitution; the methodological answer for this planning process; the identification, analysis, the inherent risks appraisal to the identified processes with a political proposal to its suitable management and its respective inspections and indicators that allow keeping observing and evaluating the estimate status in reducing those kind of risks; The operation manual design to the missionary processes of the facilities in which it is operated the facilities activities and the main observations of the application of each one of the elements that composes the internal standard control model from the Colombian Government to the inside of the facilities Barrancabermeja of the UIS. This project presents many contributions not just to the internal control of the facility but also to the management processes that guarantees the fulfillment of their purposes of establishment and the assistance to achieve the institutional aims of the university. | |
