dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de la presente monografía es formular una estrategia que permita evaluar y mejorar el gerenciamiento de una compañía familiar dedicada a la asesoría e implementación de proyectos integrales de ingeniería eléctrica como lo es Santana Ingeniería, cuyo enfoque es de tipo social y ambiental, enfatizando en la prevención de la contaminación ambiental, en la seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional y en la gestión socialmente responsable. Se detallan los diferentes modelos gerenciales modernos aplicables a la pequeña y mediana empresa, se realiza un análisis del gerenciamiento actual de la empresa Santana Ingeniería, se identifican las fuertes anomalías gerenciales que se han presentado en su historia y se definen y diferencian las líneas de negocio ofrecidas por la empresa, asimismo, se resalta la política integral, la misión, la visión y el organigrama de la compañía Santana Ingeniería. Finalmente, se propone un plan estratégico que permita que los objetivos de la compañía se alineen con la misión estratégica de Santana Ingeniería, para así lograr un modelo gerencial optimizado que conlleve a que la empresa se posicione estratégicamente en el mercado y hacer de ella una compañía mucho más competitiva, todo ello en torno a la evaluación de la estructura organizacional desde la perspectiva de Henry Mintzberg.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe goal of this paper is to formulate a strategy to evaluate and improve the management of a family business dedicated to consulting and implementation of integrated electrical engineering projects as is Santana Ingeniería, which focuses on social and environmental, emphasizing pollution prevention, industrial safety and occupational health and socially responsible management. Different modern management models applicable to small and medium size enterprises are detailed, an analysis of the current management of the company Santana Engineering is done, strong managerial anomalies that have arisen in history are identified and defined and differentiated business lines offered by the company also comprehensive policy, mission, vision and organizational structure of the company Santana Engineering is highlighted. Finally, a strategic plan that will allow the company goals are aligned with the strategic mission of Santana Engineering, in order to achieve an optimized management model that may lead the company strategically positioned in the market and carry it to a competitive place, all around the evaluation of the organizational structure from the perspective of Henry Mintzberg.
