dc.description.abstract	Este proyecto tiene como propósito, determinar la factibilidad para la creación de una empresa confeccionadora de ropa personalizada en la ciudad de Valledupar–Cesar. La idea de negocio busca dar solución a la necesidad de aquellas mujeres que quieren vestir prendas diseñadas a su gusto, de tal forma que su vestimenta exprese lo que realmente son. Es una investigación de tipo descriptivo, con enfoque mixto y cuya técnica utilizada fue la encuesta, a través de cuestionario estructurado con preguntas cerradas, aplicado a 150 mujeres en el rango de edad de 20 a 44 años, de los estratos socioeconómicos 4, 5 y 6 de la ciudad de Valledupar. Este documento contiene el estudio mercados, quien determinó que el 46% de las mujeres que habitan en Valledupar, mandan a confeccionar sus prendas de vestir y lo hacen con una frecuencia de 9,54 veces año a un precio promedio de $201.225. La demanda efectiva es de 401.161 unidades/año y el canal de comercialización directo. El estudio técnico establece el tiempo de producción de 55,5 minutos prenda, la capacidad diseñada es 12,627 prendas/año y la capacidad utilizada 9.373 prendas/año. Se iniciará con el 75% incrementándose 2% anual. El estudio administrativo, estableció que la empresa se constituirá como Sociedad por Acciones Simplificadas, y se definen los cargos y la asignación salarial. El Estudio financiero ratifica la inversión total por $298.275.326, el precio de venta es de $ 116.680 por prenda; Valor Presente Neto (VPN) es de $ 158.798.313; la TIR es del 37,54%; el periodo de recuperación se dará a los 2 años 1 meses y 10 días y el punto de equilibrio se alcanzará al momento de vender el 40,65%, es decir 3.177 prendas. En conclusión, el proyecto es factible, dado que cumple con los requerimientos necesarios para poner en marcha el proyecto

The business idea seeks to address the needs of women who want to wear clothing designed to their liking, so that their clothes express who they truly are. It is a descriptive research, with a mixed approach and whose technique used was the survey, through a structured questionnaire with closed questions, applied to 150 women in the age range of 20 to 44 years, from socioeconomic strata 4, 5 and 6 of the city of Valledupar. This document contains a market study, which determined that 46% of women living in Valledupar have their clothing manufactured 9.54 times a year at an average price of $201,225. The financial study confirms a total investment of $298.275.326, a selling price of $116.680 per garment; the Net Present Value (NPV) is $158.798.313; the IRR is 37.54%; the payback period is 2 years, 1 months, and 10 days, and the break-even point is reached when 45,19% of the total, or 3.177 garments, are sold. In conclusion, the project is feasible, given that it meets the requirements for launching the project.
