dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de grado tiene como objetivo principal analizar las características del Festival Internacional de Cine de Santander (FICS), que se identifican como un emprendimiento cultural promotor de industrias creativas, a partir del estudio de los emprendimientos que han caracterizado la historia empresarial, resaltando a los sectores económicos intervinientes en el fomento de cultura, apoyado en las estrategias promovidas por las políticas públicas y legislación nacional asociadas a las industrias creativas, resaltando aquellas que incentivan la producción y promoción cinematográfica en Colombia, para luego enfocarnos en los estudios sobre el consumo cinematográfico en Bucaramanga y las estrategias comunicacionales empleadas por los festivales de cine en Santander, logrando la comprensión de la cadena de valor y el impacto socioeconómico que caracteriza la promoción de los productos de las industrias de contenidos cinematográficos nacionales e internacionales en el Área Metropolitana de Bucaramanga desde 2008. Por medio del Seminario de Investigación, se estructuró la investigación en objetivos y marco referencial; este último se basó en una investigación y análisis de una amplia selección de bibliografía acorde con la temática planteada, con el fin de obtener los objetivos descritos en la primera parte del informe. A partir de los análisis realizados en las sesiones (ver anexos) se deducen algunas conclusiones como: (a) el FICS es el evento cinematográfico más importante de Santander. (b) FICS, tiene una estructura sostenible financieramente por los patrocinadores, socios sector privado y público que hacen posible la realización del evento para Santander. (c) Los festivales de cine hacen parte del sector audiovisual y cumplen con la tarea de transmitir material que construya cultura colectivamente, así mismo da a conocer a los cineastas santandereanos y nacionales por medio de un espacio de enriquecimientos en cada uno de los eslabones que caracterizan la cadena de valor y los perfila como emprendimiento cultural.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present work of degree has as a principal objective to analyze the characteristics of the Santander International Film Festival (FICS),what it is identified as a creative culture promoter of creative industries, from the study of the enterprises that have characterized the business history, highlighting the economic sectors involved in the promotion of culture, supported by the strategies promoted by public policies and national legislation associated with the creative industries, highlighting those that encourage film production and promotion in Colombia, to then focus on studies on the cinematographic consumption in Bucaramanga and the communication strategies employed by the Santander film festivals, achieving an understanding of the value chain and the socioeconomic impact that characterizes the promotion of the products of the industry of national and international film contents in the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga since 2008. To this end, the research on objectives and referential framework is structured; the latter was based on an extensive research and analysis of a wide selection of bibliography according to the subject matter, in order to obtain the objectives described in the first part of the report. From the analyzes carried out in the session protocols (see annexes), some conclusions are deduced as: (a) the FICS, is the most important cinematographic event in Santander. (b) FICS, has a structure that is financially sustainable by the official sponsors, private sector and public partners that, year after year, make the event possible for Santander. (c) Film festivals are part of the audiovisual sector and fulfill the task of transmitting material that builds culture collectively, as well as informs Santanderean and national filmmakers through a space of enrichment educated in each one of the links that characterize the value chain and profile them as cultural enterprising.
