dc.description.abstractEl proyecto comprende la realización de un plan de negocios para la reactivación de una planta de procesamiento de frutas y hortalizas en el municipio de Barbosa (Santander). Los productos agrícolas son producidos en diecinueve municipios circunvecinos de Santander y Boyacá, lo cual beneficiará la economía de la región y del sector hortofrutícola, fuente importante para crecimiento de la agricultura y la generación de empleo rural. El sector de Barbosa (Santander) cuenta con una gran variedad de cultivos de frutas y hortalizas, que generan una oferta optima para la comercialización de la pulpa. Y teniendo en cuenta que la producción de estas ha crecido aceleradamente en los últimos años, para el mercado hortofrutícola es claro que el valor del producto procesado genera mayores márgenes de rentabilidad, además de ofrecer productos naturales con beneficios para la salud humana. Dentro del plan de negocios se desarrollará, un análisis del sector agrícola enfocado en la producción de frutas y hortalizas en la región a la cual está dirigido el proyecto, un estudio de mercados sobre las necesidades, expectativas y deseos de los compradores de frutas y ají procesadas, que son ofrecidas por C.l. HORTIFRUVER DEL CAMPO S.A., un análisis de la planta de procesamiento, la estructura organizacional idónea para el buen funcionamiento empresa, el estudio jurídico con las disposiciones y reglamentación para el procesamiento de alimentos, el estudio ambiental con la identificación, predicción e interpretación de los impactos ambientales que el proyecto producirá, su prevención y corrección, el estudio del entorno económico, político y social que afecta el proyecto, así como un estudio financiero que permita determinar la rentabilidad y viabilidad de la planta, mediante la TIR (Tasa interna de retorno) y VPN (valor presente neto), también un análisis DOFA con la estrategia a seguir para mitigar los impactos negativos.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe project involves the implementation of a business plan for the revival of a plant for processing fruits and vegetables in the municipality of Barbosa (Santander). Agricultural products are produced in nineteen surrounding towns of Santander and Boyaca, which will benefit the economy of the region and the horticulture sector, an important source for agricultural growth and rural employment generation. The sector Barbosa (Santander) has a wide variety of fruit and vegetable crops, which generate an optimum range for the marketing of the pulp. And considering that the production of these has grown rapidly in recent years for the fruit and vegetable market is clear that the value of the processed product generates higher profit margins, and offer natural products with benefits for human health. Within the business plan will be developed, an analysis of the agricultural sector focused on the production of fruits and vegetables in the region to which it is directed the project, a market research on the needs, expectations and desires of the buyers of fruit and pepper processes, which are given by C.l. HORTIFRUVER DEL CAMPO S.A, an analysis of the processing plant, organizational structure appropriate for the proper functioning company, law firm with the provisions and regulations for food processing, the environmental study with the identification, prediction and interpretation of impacts the project will produce environmental, prevention and correction, the study of economic, political and social issues affecting the project and a financial study to determine the profitability and viability of the plant, by the IRR (internal rate of return)and NPV (net present value), also a SWOT analysis with the strategy to follow to mitigate the negative impacts.
