dc.description.abstractEn la ficción de misterio y suspenso, las historias pertenecientes al género negro se han enfocado en denunciar las injusticias cometidas por parte de algunos miembros de las mismas instituciones encargadas de velar por la justicia. Si bien la literatura muestra diferentes posibilidades de justicia, la obra del autor sueco Stieg Larsson se enfoca en una posibilidad de justicia en un sistema cuyos miembros están dispuestos a atender historias. El análisis se realiza a partir de una lectura filosófica centrada en el concepto de imaginación literaria presente en la obra de Martha Craven Nussbaum, con especial énfasis en el libro Justicia poética, donde señala las características del juez ideal. En este trabajo, se analiza la novela La reina en el palacio de las corrientes de aire de Larsson y se describen las características formales y de contenido de la novela que desarrollan el uso de la imaginación literaria en los jueces. Se llega a entender que tanto Nussbaum como Larsson están de acuerdo en la capacidad del ser humano para encontrar un balance entre la razón y la emoción; y que eso puede plantearse como una crítica a los sistemas de justicia actuales que, al promover un discurso primordialmente racional, generan efectos contraproducentes que deslegitiman sus pretensiones democráticas.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn the mystery and suspense fiction, the stories belonging to the Nordic Noir genre have focused on denouncing the injustices committed by some members of the same institutions responsible for ensuring justice. Although the literature shows different possibilities of justice, the work of the Swedish author Stieg Larsson focuses on a possibility of justice in a contemporary system whose members are willing to listen to, and show concern, for the stories of those in need. The analysis is made from a philosophical reading around the concept of literary imagination present in the works by Martha Craven Nussbaum, with special emphasis on the book Poetic Justice, where she points out the characteristics of the ideal judge. In this work, the analysis of the novel The Girl Who Kicked the Hornets' Nest describes the formal and content characteristics of the novel that develop the use of literary imagination in judges. It is understood that both Nussbaum and Larsson agree on the ability of the human being to find a balance between reason and emotion; and that this can be considered as a critique of the current justice systems that, by promoting a primarily rational discourse, generate counterproductive effects that delegitimize their democratic claims. *
